Wow, I am astounded how much more crowded it was in February. When I was there in mid-March I never saw huge lift lines and rarely waited for a lift at all. Still, a truly magnificent ski tour, no matter which direction you take!
Every year more and more ski enthusiasts are coming to Dolomiti Superski because as you mentioned it has the magnificent ski tour Sella Ronda. We love this area ❤️
😂😂😂 “vagabondam” de mult timp si la un moment dat ne-am saturat sa le tot povestim prietenilor…si asa am inceput sa “ne prostim “ cu youtube-ul. Va multumim pentru aprecieri ❤️
Thanks! Great video and very helpful! We should arrive there in 2 weeks. Do you have a 5-6 days plan with lifts/slopes in the Sellaronda ? (We're staying in Campitello).
Thanks for your appreciation! Uff there are so many beautiful places that I don't know what should i recommend to you. Some ideas: - Sella Ronda green/orange - La Longia and/or Legendary 8 in Val Gardena -Marmolada - Alta Badia/Armentarola-Lagazuoi and the hidden valley. -Skitour Panorama in Val di Fassa
Great video!! Just got back - my first time in the Dolomites and it's now my favourite resort! We did the clockwise/orange Sella Ronda on the first day but also detoured to take in a black run in Val; Gardena (Piz Sella (5) - not Paprika - that looked far too scary!! 😱). We also did Marmolada but as we were based in Campitello by the time we got there it was overskied, lumpy and not that enjoyable. Your video is an excellent guide for someone who hasn't done the Sella Ronda yet! 👍🏼🙏🏼
Thank you very much for your appreciation Also for us it is our favorite skiing area and even if we have been several times, we still come back with pleasure every time and discover new and spectacular places. I recommend staying in different places each time and trying also the other areas: Kronplatz, Cortina, 3 Zinnen, Obereggen... On this Friday we also went to Marmolada and left at 09:00 from Arrabba and the Belunese run was spectacular. To fully enjoy Marmolada, I think you have to choose a clear day and start from the first hour or even drive to Malga Ciapela and start from there...
That period is the busiest in the whole season and for sure the most expensive regarding accommodation and ski passes prices. It’s your decision, my advice is if you are able to go try the week before Christmas vacation because it is less crowded and there will be some offers for the beginning of the season.😉
There are (most of the time) 2 options - one easier and one harder .For example we consider the Orange Sella Ronda easier than the Green one. I think that an intermediate skier will be able to do the Sella Ronda. The only problem that could arise is that sometimes, when there are too many skiers and the weather is not too “friendly”, the slopes condition could degrade. Though we encourage you to try, because the experience is amazing.
Awesome video! :) how many hours did it take to cover the orange flow? they advise 6h on the website, but does it really take that long if you don't stop much?
Thanks, glad you enjoyed the video! It depends on the chosen period (not during high season, when the waiting time for cable installations is very high) and the level of skiing. I would say that 4 hours are enough for a good skier to do the orange flow. We even had the chance to do both flows (the orange and the green one) on the same day at the beginning of the season.
Thank you for your comment, maybe in the next ski video we will be more inspired with the music 😉. Any suggestions about the music in our next ski video ?!
By far the best video on UA-cam showing off the Sella Ronda circuit. Great job
Thank you very much for your kind words! Working on Sella Ronda green one 😉
A lot of fun!❤
Nice video.
Awesome video! Greetings from Brazil! First time skiing in my life and i will arrive in selva di val gardena in two weeks! Cant wait to get there!

Wow
The best ski circuit in the world❤
Best ever video to show how and where to go! Badly needed for skiers visiting sella … their maps are terrible
Thank you very much for your appreciation.

Is it a bad idea to do this over Christmas break? Dec 23 to 30?

is there a slope that would be too hard for an intermediate (who is afraid of black slopes)?

Pe roșie mă bag la ski dar pe neagră încă nu .
Mai puțin și urmează si negrele 😂
Great video. Shame about the terrible ‘music.’
Thank you for your comment, maybe in the next ski video we will be more inspired with the music 😉. Any suggestions about the music in our next ski video ?!
@@enjoyfamilytravels again, a great video. Many people prefer no music.
Thanks! I will try without music but it is a lot of noise when skiing …
video claiming "all u need to know" with no talking are useless.
Thank you . This is your opinion, we tried to offer a perspective on the ski area for those who activate the subtitles and want to read.
