Thank you for taking time to teach me. I plan on taking a journey to become a hedge witch and I want a part of that journey to be necromancy. But as you know to do necromancy you must take the precaution of warding your home to keep yourself safe if anything goes wrong. And as a baby witch I want to learn these things as they may come in handy in the future.
Try putting some Pine sap on a Non plastic Q Tip and put it in your witch bottle. It's so sticky and the icky stuff will stick to it. 🪷

Could you go into more detail about the difference between protection and warding?
I understand they're very similar, but I'm having difficulty differentiating them, the methods of both sound very similar to me as well, so I would like to understand better.
I think I could help with that.
As verbs the difference between protect and wardis that protect is to keep safe; to defend; to guard; to prevent harm coming to while ward is to keep in safety, to watch over, to guard.
As a noun ward is a guard; a guardian or watchman.
So basically, a ward is repelling negativity, like two magnets of the same pole. while protection is a more focused and concentrated spell.
The best example in my mind is the Nazar (🧿). It is both a ward and a protection. The ward aspect is that it repels the evil eye, and the protection is that they break when they successfully protect you from one trying to be placed on you.

Well, common channels that I recommend are the witch of wanderlust, local art witch, and pickled broccoli. Local art witch has great book of shadows that I got a lot of info from, and pickled broccoli is mostly witchtok (be careful on witchtok, as info may not be accurate.)
And I am starting my own channel about witchcraft on UA-cam, so feel free to check it out. I didn’t think I’d be promoting my channel but here I am.😅
Good books : the first and immediate one that comes to mind is the crystal Bible, I think her name is Judy Rudd that wrote it. next is shadow magic by Nikki Vandecar, which is a really great book that gives you the basics. I literally just saw the book today I looked it over, and I cannot tell you how impressed I am with it. also, I haven’t read this author in a long time, but Richard Webster was my first metaphysical author I ever read.
