My First SAN MAI Japanese Kitchen Knife | Knifemaking

Here is our own version of a Japanese San Mai knife made for one of our clients. The blade is forged out of 1095 and 15N20 steel. The handle was carved out of a block of cherry wood and blue resin epoxy. 🔪🔥
