my guess is that they're using a program called "twixtor" which makes it look like ur footage is slower than it really is. looks like they overcranked it so it started to get sort of framy, same thing happends to my video when i try to slow it down too far

i hate it when people ask what type of footbag people are using.
usually, it's a 32 pannel bag with a filler of their choice.
i prefer metal.
but honnestly, it doesn't matter what type of bag it is.
if you have a bag you like and you can play with, then who cares what a pro is using? xD
i use bags from dragonfly, and i find theyre amazing.
so i could care less what a pro is using, lol.
