Great video AC Productions. I'm super thankful for the ideas. In regards to the speedometer needle, it pulls right off. I learned from another UA-camr Mitch McBergsma that a fork or a pasta spoon is a great tool for gently pulling it off. Just mark your spot when you do so you know where it should point when you push it back on. I did it myself on my Suzuki Burgman dash several times.
This is really good. My idea however, is to change the LED backlight for the LCD screen to yellow, then use the polarized film to invert the color. The reason is that I don't want my LCD screen to look yellow all the time even when the power is off because of the filter if I use it. The only thing I'm not sure of is if that method will work the same as using a filter to change the background color. Hopefully you can tell.
Thank you so much for taking the time to explain and to understand my doubt. You're a genius of the bikes seriously and thanks again, scorching and blessings, friend, I ll keep watching your videos 👍🏻
it really just depends on the color you use, some colors you can see just as well in the day and night, and other colors only work well at night & not so much in the day.
so if im going to use a colour filter, am i just going to use the colour filter it self and remove the original filim? or can i jusy lay down the color filim on top of the original filim ? thanks
if you lay the color film over the original face of the gauges then you will just change the color of the white background to the color you selected. which i have a video showing just that here is the link to that video ua-cam.com/video/v1tHdlTP3bk/v-deo.html but in order to change the color of the numbers you have to remove the original film and replace it with the polarize film then the color film of your choice.

yes if you change the white leds to yellow then used the polarizer then it will make the background black and the numbers yellow.
Genius!!!

Rayli Black Mantys you very welcome 🙏🏽 I’m happy that I was able to help 😊
Can we remove the Tacho needle?
i tried to but was afraid that i would break it
if my r3 gauge cluster looks faded/burnt does replacing the polarizer film like this repair it?
if you replace the polarizer it will look oem again , but if you add a color filter along with it then you will get it to look like these.
is it possible to remove the needle and use led to indicate rpm?
you can possibly damage the gauge by removing the needle
I did this and bought what you told me to, looks awesome but I can't see anything during daytime. any ideas?
the color film seems too glossy
