After being the top party clown in my home town of San Antonio Texas....I took the big step and spent the next step into pro clowning with The John Strong Circus...Carson and Barnes circus...Roberts Bros. Circus... Great American,Lewis Bros and Prof. Stu Millers Magic show in addition to Several Shrine shows..... I also taught at several community colleges and thru a magic store in Texas... Makeup and design were always the main troubles most folks had and indeed my face changed a tad or two before I hit the sawdust trail!! Working daily for years strickly outdoors taught me a ton of stuff and it seperates those who really want to be there and the rest.... Makeup..juggling...stilt walking and basic circus stuff like tumbling, falls etc. We're all taught in my classes as well as gag design. Wanting to bring joy and laughter to " children of all ages" is a noble and ancient undertaking....it teaches you things about yourself and others that are not apparent and I applaud anyone that dons the grease paint.....
