man i do the same thing. i hold other people to my standards. im the same. im all about self improvement and etc, and i get bummed when people continue what i consider [usually know] is bad for them. whether it be junk food all the time, or smoking cigs etc.
You shouldnt allow others decisions to bring your vibration down. I understand because when I first brought myself out of darkness I wanted to guide others but overtime learned that everyone has their own journey and nothing we say or do will change that. The most we can do for people around us is to have empathy and Love. Everyone will awaken in their time so lead by example. The more you get your life together the more people will come to you for genuine help. Most of the time it takes a trial before real change can happen.
