Those lights are way nicer than the kit versions. I didn't see then on Shapeways website just yet. I want to put them on my Fighting Buggy.
Shoot! Sorry I didn't finish the descriptions because I got swamped at the office! Ill get them there on monday!

No problem, keep up the good work and your great ideas/solutions for our Tamiya vehicles.
Perfect man.. these are great! Will definitely have to get a set or two.
They will sure make those lamps less irritating.
love it need some of those and also eagre to see the F150 interior as refurbing a Blackfoot shell soon
The interior is a masterpiece if I do say so myself...haha!
Nice idea good work!
Thanks! Should I suck it up and just drill out a wheel to 5mm? I am getting worried I will mess up your stuff.
I used a drill on mine here, and it worked. do you have a drill press that would be even better...I think it just goes straight because the hole your making is not much larger than what it is already in the wheel.
Yeah we have a drill press. I am going to do it now.
Cool let me know how it gooooooeees!
I just came across a car on my local letgo site, called the Sagitta Fighting Spirit.. Ever hear of it? It's a radio shack brand. The guy is selling get it dirt cheap and I'm thinking of getting it since it mimics Tamiya the buggies.
Yeah that is a car Nikko made for Radio Shack. It is based on the Nikko Bison. I have one of those. They are really well made cars.
When are you going to make a front 12mm adapter for the grasshopper,........ I really should want to run the new style of wheels on the front and back,....... Plus I need better tires,..... Ones that last more than a few weeks.....,,lol
Trust me they are on the list.
Genius solution! Been thinking about the same, not the solution but the irritation :-) Imagine Tamiya designing them this way 30-40 years ago? Ha ha, that would have changed history for the better. What about the standard driver's head? I am slowly growing tired of that head/helmet too :-)
They are so annoying to paint and that seam line is just a joke. Yeah I think the driver is a good idea. Personally I am tired of all the males in my car. My daughter is always asking which one is a girl...I think we need more female drivers in there.
I need these for a Nikko F10 Rhino and Bison :D, i need to get starting with 3D printing...
I have one of those too. Do they screw on?
What are some good affordable (by affordable I mean ridiculously cheap ass) electronics to put in a Grasshopper? Y'know an ESC, servo, and receiver/transmitter combo for someone with no $$$.
I would go used then. You can get a solid complete used RC for a good price but cheap electronics will just fail, especially the ESC.
Why not make it a functional light bucket? Fit a small led in there..
I did. I just didnt want them for this application. Look at my FAV video.
Very nice, but can you tell me where i can buy those stickers?
Which ones? On the Hornet? Those were custom made by MCIracing.ca
I ment the little round stickers on the Auxiliary Lamps. Hella, KC and KC-Daxlighter. But i think i found them on ebay. www.ebay.de/itm/10-Ma%C3%9Fstab-Spot-Lichter-Retro-Vintage-Stil-RC-Sticker-Aufkleber/163144853787?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&_trksid=p2060353.m1438.l2649
So dumb how they split those horizontally in stead of bucket/lense.
Ugh I know. They take so much time to make look good. Totally over that!
