I have the 4070 Super and the Ryzen 9 5950X, and when I'm at the game's start, it lags a lot because it's using 100% of the processor and not the GPU :( I don't know how to fix it.

Try disabling Resizable bar from the bios, that worked for me on my rxt 3080...
