The original ROTJ had the guy who played the guy under the mask aka the stand-in for James Earl Jones, so it doesn’t really make sense for Anakin to appear as he did before Mustafar and getting chopped up and burned to a crisp. They only edited ROTS Anakin into the Return of The Jedi remake because it’s easier for people to connect Hayden to Anakin opposed to whoever played the original redeemed Anakin
