Cheers Shaun I am happy with the result. As it happens I have to make more for my boat & the radious is the same as these ones . It is always best to make jigs for repetetive work I reckon Also round ones for the portholes to make , so I will have to do some more head scratching. Andy
Hi Martyn, I am happy how they came out. I have portholes to do for my boat soon. Got a couple of ideas for them going round my head at the moment. Cheers Andy
Hi Garry. I do watch a lot of different people on UA-cam. I don't find much that interests me on tv. Regarding narrowboats I watch. Making a narrowboat with Granny & Grandad, They have done a Grand job. DH Crouch Marine, Darren is a professional marine Engineer. Narrowboat Moonshine a marine Sparky. Narrowboat Pirate a trader on the cut, Narrowboat Will & Travels with Trevor constant cruiser vlog. Garry Thomson Joinery an excellent joiner to name a few. Cheers Andy

@@nogunwales9406 I am thinking lamination for the internal radius and maybe 8 square blocks for the face and run it around the band saw then spindle…
