it is really great to see someone trying new things. Well done you! Just a thought, but after pilverising I qould have ashed everything and then, added HCL to get rid of tin. Then HNO3 to remove copper and base metals then Aqua Regia to dissolve gold......... Keep up your great work.

Well this video has answered my questions about computer boards. If you go back to around 7:43 in the video and look when your first dumping it you'll see all that gold stuff that's gold

    Hola.

Idd be worrying about any nano particulate that machine is blowing into the air off the PCBs in that first shredding machine getting under your toenails or in your lungs

I looked at doing that a couple of years ago, with the electric wood chipper, I think it would work if you had a screen like what is on the hammer mill. The board has to bounce around instead of going straight through.

Sir it's possible to all copper out by nitric acid? Because i didn't understand about electric process please teach me

It will take a lot of nitric acid to get all that copper out. You need to research electrolysis and metal reactivity series to get copper via electricity.

If you wash the copper off after removing from the bowl it will not oxidize as much, or at all.

It doesn't have a company name. It's a Chinese hammer mill sold by different merchants.

I got frustrated and it would take a bit of napkins and more acids. It was just too much work for a little bit of gold. It's the process before the acids that excites me but chemistry is not so much. I might be replacing acids with cupelling.
