Exactly what I was looking for in my research. Nice to see a content maker on UA-cam who isn't trying to use gimmicks or begging for likes and subscribes, but instead just telling us straight out what we came for. Thanks!
Nice. I bought sheep gut before for making dream catchers, but never tried to make a bow string with them. Always stuck with sinew, but thak you for making this video, I may give it a try.
Great video and excellent demonstration! Any idea how strong or durable a gut string like this is? Would love to hear your personal experience using a string like this! Take care and thanks for showing!......Ben
Hi Donald, nice movie, thanks. Good Indians had just a second bow string with them, in case the first one rips. I´ve heard they had the alternative string tied on the bow. Is it true?

You are very welcome
hi,
how to prevent the bow strings from unraveling or shredding apart?
can you think of some coating material?
Yes I use a bow string wax that I make with bees wax. here it is; ua-cam.com/video/L4uJesVdwHs/v-deo.html

Did you have to turn the casings inside out to scrape the lining away?
