This has nothing to do with what they made, what you’re suggesting is gonna change the whole combat style of the game and it will become kinda hack and slash type of combat.
The only reason I'll start bossing with my boss mules made from Hyper Burns. Trying to remember how to burst on different characters didnt make the game fun for me.

finally man Maple Story M has similar feature where u can have 1 button set off a Sequence of skills every time its pressed it will go to the next, where Maple PC had nothing! so about time something like this is implemented.

Dominion cannot be selected in Skill Sequence cos the skill have an , but you can set Dark Servant, Shadow Illusion, Shadow Spear and Glory of Guardians
Some skills that cannot be used while you are on air it will cancel them, so you need to time it properly by placing those skills at the last at the Skill Sequence

'give me 2 sec' and use bind 10 sec later

Yes, the skill will proc twice if you right click toggle on the skill. Else it will be only once.
