We all know he's excellent at his craft but something magical happens when she hits that dance floor. You can't quite put your finger on it but she appears to be the very best student. Its like she embodies almost each and every dance. Last night for both dances she was perfection. Rose for the 🏆

Score - *10/10* The best Ballroom dancer to ever step on the strictly floor, to never score under 36/40 in a Ballroom is an unbelievable achievement and one to be very proud of. The rise and fall was gorgeous, the topline as always was perfect, lovely pivots and a nice double whisk too, it was just gorgeous as always. I think it was very obvious that the Waltz was going to suit her and they did not disappoint with this performance, it was quiet, soft and meaningful, the musicality was there and overall it was a beautiful elegant Waltz with beautiful choreography, I think its finally Giovanni's year it has to be because Rose really deserves it, she has shown the most improvement out of all of them remaining

A gift that keeps on giving. Giovanni and Rose have had me in tears, sitting at the edge of my seat and grinning from ear to ear with their performances. I’m in awe of both the student and the teacher. I still can’t understand how they work together, all I can say is👌👌👌👌. I wouldn’t go that far, I’d say AJ is at the same level dancing-wise. But it’s been obvious for weeks Rose is the favourite. AJ is my favourite, although John and Rose are part of my top 3 since the beginning, so I’m glad it’s them in the final. I was actually gutted for Rhys as well, as he would have been in the final as well if Robert Webb didn’t have to leave early.
@@stephenbrown2512 tbh Rose is by far the best ballroom dancer on the show, actually over many seasons and contestants, Ajs hold is still lacking and none of her ballroom dances stood out. Rose has the top line of a pro. Basically Rose is the better dancer..also wanted to add so many of Roses dances have already become iconic that says a lot..
Their dance was so Christmassy and absolutely beautiful. I loved it! They kept improving every single week! It was wonderful like what Shirley Ballas said, they were like in the Christmas snow globe. Cute! Rose did absolutely stunning footwork, framing, posture and had the perfect timing. This dance well-deserved another perfect 40, not 39! I mean, really Craig?! I don’t see any sticky right foot in her performance. I mean seriously, where does a 9 came from?! Shame on you, Craig. This must be one of their best performances ever! My Score: 10!
Score: *10!!* This is by far the best waltz of the season! Lovely changes of rise and fall throughout the dance, especially coming out of the turns. Speaking of turns, those natural and reverse turns was impeccable. The whole dance just felt clean and smooth and I love that. I feel like if anyone that would get Giovanni the glitterball its Rose. I really enjoyed this dance and was a fabulous way to end the first round!

Sooooo beautiful so elagant every time I watch you two I literally well up with tears... you touch my heart. I’ve been watching the show for the last few years, it’s like the countdown to Christmas for us and during the pandemic it gave my family a little joy in such a hard time. This year though I have wailed like a baby, this dance and song together was so beautiful. I have impaired hearing and wear my hearing aid but have always felt self conscious. If you listen to a Shirley ballas interview she says when rose joined strictly all the audience members were told not to clap or cheer when she and Gio was performer because it’ll muffle the vibrations she feels for timing and put her off. But they just couldn’t help themselves on this one. I think if they was allowed to cheer and clap then every single dance she’s done would be thunderous 👏🏼👏🏼

I couldn’t agree more. Last nights angst fest from the boys - the weeping and gurning and tales of woe was dreary. Rose has her obstacles too, I’m sure Rhys and AJ have experienced much prejudice in their life too but th y hit the floor, full of smiles and ask to be judged on their merits. Rose deserves to win by a large margin.
I've been rewatching dances from older seasons and as beautiful and great as so many of them are, Rose and Gio just have something inexplicable about them. The joy and trust makes it look effortless, can't help but smile.

I have watched every season of Strictly since I was a little girl. Only twice has the show made me cry, and both times were Rose's dances.

We all know he's excellent at his craft but something magical happens when she hits that dance floor. You can't quite put your finger on it but she appears to be the very best student. Its like she embodies almost each and every dance. Last night for both dances she was perfection. Rose for the 🏆

The best Ballroom dancer to ever step on the strictly floor, to never score under 36/40 in a Ballroom is an unbelievable achievement and one to be very proud of. The rise and fall was gorgeous, the topline as always was perfect, lovely pivots and a nice double whisk too, it was just gorgeous as always. I think it was very obvious that the Waltz was going to suit her and they did not disappoint with this performance, it was quiet, soft and meaningful, the musicality was there and overall it was a beautiful elegant Waltz with beautiful choreography, I think its finally Giovanni's year it has to be because Rose really deserves it, she has shown the most improvement out of all of them remaining

A gift that keeps on giving. Giovanni and Rose have had me in tears, sitting at the edge of my seat and grinning from ear to ear with their performances. I’m in awe of both the student and the teacher. I still can’t understand how they work together, all I can say is👌👌👌👌. We didnt watch on tv tonight as we were in london.watched it as soon as we got in.amazed by this dance.it was wonderful.rose is like a professional dancer.

She is clearly going to win the whole thing. She is head and shoulders above the others.
I wouldn’t go that far, I’d say AJ is at the same level dancing-wise. But it’s been obvious for weeks Rose is the favourite. AJ is my favourite, although John and Rose are part of my top 3 since the beginning, so I’m glad it’s them in the final. I was actually gutted for Rhys as well, as he would have been in the final as well if Robert Webb didn’t have to leave early.
@@stephenbrown2512 tbh Rose is by far the best ballroom dancer on the show, actually over many seasons and contestants, Ajs hold is still lacking and none of her ballroom dances stood out. Rose has the top line of a pro. Basically Rose is the better dancer..also wanted to add so many of Roses dances have already become iconic that says a lot..
Their dance was so Christmassy and absolutely beautiful. I loved it! They kept improving every single week! It was wonderful like what Shirley Ballas said, they were like in the Christmas snow globe. Cute! Rose did absolutely stunning footwork, framing, posture and had the perfect timing. This dance well-deserved another perfect 40, not 39! I mean, really Craig?! I don’t see any sticky right foot in her performance. I mean seriously, where does a 9 came from?! Shame on you, Craig. This must be one of their best performances ever!

This is by far the best waltz of the season! Lovely changes of rise and fall throughout the dance, especially coming out of the turns. Speaking of turns, those natural and reverse turns was impeccable. The whole dance just felt clean and smooth and I love that. I feel like if anyone that would get Giovanni the glitterball its Rose. I really enjoyed this dance and was a fabulous way to end the first round!
If this want the most perfect dance you’ve ever seen, then I don’t know what is. They looked like they were floating on clouds
How Rose can dance so perfectly without hearing the music is totally beyond me.

Sooooo beautiful so elagant every time I watch you two I literally well up with tears... you touch my heart. It's a 10 with a crown on top from me 👑 It’s not just the technique it’s what this couple deliver above and beyond that's so emotional to watch. Simplicity done to perfection - just loved it a total delight. Should have been a 40 for me.
I’ve been watching the show for the last few years, it’s like the countdown to Christmas for us and during the pandemic it gave my family a little joy in such a hard time. This year though I have wailed like a baby, this dance and song together was so beautiful. I have impaired hearing and wear my hearing aid but have always felt self conscious. Thank you BBC and Rose and Giovanni, for the breaking down the barriers and giving the deaf community a voice. What an amazing journey and what an outstanding final show! Happy Christmas One an all

If you listen to a Shirley ballas interview she says when rose joined strictly all the audience members were told not to clap or cheer when she and Gio was performer because it’ll muffle the vibrations she feels for timing and put her off.
But they just couldn’t help themselves on this one. I think if they was allowed to cheer and clap then every single dance she’s done would be thunderous 👏🏼👏🏼

I couldn’t agree more. Last nights angst fest from the boys - the weeping and gurning and tales of woe was dreary. Rose has her obstacles too, I’m sure Rhys and AJ have experienced much prejudice in their life too but th y hit the floor, full of smiles and ask to be judged on their merits. Rose deserves to win by a large margin.
