I really wish Craig had given a 10 for this as well, Gio hasn't scored 40 for a waltz yet and really thought this deserved it! As close to perfect as it gets.

A gift that keeps on giving. Giovanni and Rose have had me in tears, sitting at the edge of my seat and grinning from ear to ear with their performances. I’m in awe of both the student and the teacher. I still can’t understand how they work together, all I can say is👌👌👌👌. Being a parent to a child with additional needs, I truly appreciate how much effort Rose has to put in all she does. ThNk you for making this year’s strictly so memorable regardless of what happens next week. You are winners glitter ball or not 🙌🙌🙌

The best Ballroom dancer to ever step on the strictly floor, to never score under 36/40 in a Ballroom is an unbelievable achievement and one to be very proud of. The rise and fall was gorgeous, the topline as always was perfect, lovely pivots and a nice double whisk too, it was just gorgeous as always. I think it was very obvious that the Waltz was going to suit her and they did not disappoint with this performance, it was quiet, soft and meaningful, the musicality was there and overall it was a beautiful elegant Waltz with beautiful choreography, I think its finally Giovanni's year it has to be because Rose really deserves it, she has shown the most improvement out of all of them remaining
It’s doubtful that perfection actually exists, but if it does….this surely is it!!
Rose and Gio sprinkle their magic on us every week. Brings joy to our hearts and has us applauding them from our living rooms!
She is clearly going to win the whole thing. She is head and shoulders above the others.
I wouldn’t go that far, I’d say AJ is at the same level dancing-wise. But it’s been obvious for weeks Rose is the favourite. AJ is my favourite, although John and Rose are part of my top 3 since the beginning, so I’m glad it’s them in the final. I was actually gutted for Rhys as well, as he would have been in the final as well if Robert Webb didn’t have to leave early.
@@stephenbrown2512 tbh Rose is by far the best ballroom dancer on the show, actually over many seasons and contestants, Ajs hold is still lacking and none of her ballroom dances stood out. Rose has the top line of a pro. Basically Rose is the better dancer..also wanted to add so many of Roses dances have already become iconic that says a lot..
They are so devoted, almost effortless.

Every now and then an outstanding personality comes along that isn't full of themselves, elegant, talented, pretty, and funny, this is the one for 2021. An inspiration to deaf people, in fact, an inspiration to everyone. another Stacey Dooley.

We didnt watch on tv tonight as we were in london.watched it as soon as we got in.amazed by this dance.it was wonderful.rose is like a professional dancer.

I can't get over how beautiful this dance is. Rose really does look like she understands the music and feels it as she dances all the way through. We've seen hearing people on the show who are much less expressive and connected with the dance. The way she slipped in to and out of hold so perfectly and gracefully throughout was simply astounding and smoother than most dancers I've ever seen on the show. Not to mention, perfect footwork, arm placement, chemistry - the lot!!
My cousin is profoundly deaf, as is her husband. My mother was also hearing impaired and went very deaf and unable to speak after radium treatment. am a dance teacher and judge also and she was a dancer and a beautiful one at that, never missed a beat. What people don't realise is that Rose is the definition of a dancer, to be able to dance physically but also to be able to feel the music through their entire body. It's one thing being able to hear music, and I've judged many children, all of whom are able to hear the music, but what Rose does is to feel the music through the vibrations in her feet and to feel it through her entire body as a consequence. She embodies the phrase 'being at one with the music, being at one with the dance' like no one who can just hear it but not feel it.
Their dance was so Christmassy and absolutely beautiful. I loved it! They kept improving every week! It was wonderful like what Shirley Ballas said, they were like in the Christmas snow globe. Cute! Rose did absolutely stunning footwork, framing, posture and had the perfect timing. This dance well-deserved another perfect 40, not 39! I mean, really Craig?! I don’t see any sticky right foot in her performance. I mean seriously, where does a score 9 came from?! Shame on you, Craig. This must be one of their best performances!

This is by far the best waltz of the season! Lovely changes of rise and fall throughout the dance, especially coming out of the turns. Speaking of turns, those natural and reverse turns was impeccable. The whole dance just felt clean and smooth and I love that. I feel like if anyone that would get Giovanni the glitterball its Rose. I really enjoyed this dance and was a fabulous way to end the first round!

My husband is deaf and it’s hard enough having a conversation without repeating myself all the time or he only getting half I say, so to see this gorgeous couple working together to this standard and only hearing a beat. She’s amazing and of course Geio

I am a mans man but these two nearly bring me to tears with emotion in every dance the do together .There is definitely a bond between these two and Gio will always appreciate the fact she worked he4 heart out to win him the trophy for the first time on strictly .

If you listen to a Shirley ballas interview she says when rose joined strictly all the audience members were told not to clap or cheer when she and Gio was performer because it’ll muffle the vibrations she feels for timing and put her off.
But they just couldn’t help themselves on this one. I think if they was allowed to cheer and clap then every single dance she’s done would be thunderous 👏🏼👏🏼

Insert French kiss 😘. This is the dancing I live for in strictly. I’m a traditionalist and can normally see through the wow factor with impressive lifts and prop work. This stripped it all back and was a proper dance. Man it flowed from beat one to the end. The frame was immaculate and there is a calmness in watching this couple which makes it easy to engage in the performance. I can fault it!

Sooooo beautiful so elagant every time I watch you two I literally well up with tears... you touch my heart. It's a 10 with a crown on top from me 👑 It’s not just the technique it’s what this couple deliver above and beyond that's so emotional to watch. I’ve been watching the show for the last few years, it’s like the countdown to Christmas for us and during the pandemic it gave my family a little joy in such a hard time. This year though I have wailed like a baby, this dance and song together was so beautiful. I have impaired hearing and wear my hearing aid but have always felt self conscious. I love watching these two. Beautiful dancers. Such a wonderful alternative to others who dance with so much choreography packed in that the dance totally loses its impact.
I couldn’t agree more. Last nights angst fest from the boys - the weeping and gurning and tales of woe was dreary. Rose has her obstacles too, I’m sure Rhys and AJ have experienced much prejudice in their life too but th y hit the floor, full of smiles and ask to be judged on their merits. Rose deserves to win by a large margin.

Absolutely beautiful. Deserved a 40. Craig should identify "the sticky right foot" moment to the viewers to justify his 9 paddle as have never seen him produce such an ethereal dance.
