Great video Phil always very helpful content. Due to the increase in property prices in recent years I am unable to be a cash buyer I am about 25% short. I have 75% what other ways will I be able to make up the missing 25%? thanks
Thanks for your feedback. It might be worth sitting tight for a bit and seeing what happens to prices in the area you want to buy. Here's Phils latest market reveiw which you might find interesting www.moveiq.co.uk/blog/news/price-gap/
Thanks you very insightful info. I am currently looking for a property in London so the info is very useful. I am not sure of the link you mentioned which allows me to learn the facts about the area, crime rate etc. Could you point me in the direction please?
Sure, here you go www.moveiq.co.uk/tools/buying/property-report-for-buying-or-renting-a-home/ Also, thank you for taking time to give us feedback - much appreciated 🙏
Thank you very much sir for your advice. But please I have a question. If I borrow money from friends and family to my account also sometimes credit cards give 1 and half year 0% interest and transfer the money to my account and manage the money overnight and try to buy a house with this cash money ! Is it gonna work like that ? Property could be under 60k. Is it will be a problem ? Thanks in advance.
Hi, Mr Spencer, it would be grateful if you could advice me on how could a non resident without uk bank account cash buy a house. Is it possible to pay the sum using HSBC Expat Bank account . THANK YOU !
Many thanks for this information and keeping us up to date. The website is very good. Hard to know who to go to for advice like this, pitfalls, etc. Especially like the info re estate agents.
What do solicitors require from buyers in terms of anti money laundering requirements? How deep do they need to go in terms of statements? If you have investments and you sold them do they ask for receipts and is it their responsibly also to ensure you have paid tax etc on them?
It makes no difference if you're a CB or not, if a property is under offer, then it remains that way, regardless if you can buy quicker. Sorry Phil, but i speak from experience.
He’s saying if someone’s already made an offer for it even if you’re buying cash you can’t just take the house, not sure it’s relevant to the video though aha
I've got 90k I've saved with crypto over the years, I want to buy a cheap first home, but they're gonna want proof of funds...can I drip it into a savings account and pay from there
Thank you, Mr. Spencer. We are so grateful for you.
You are very welcome
As a cash buyer can you still get a valuation report to ensure you aren’t overpaying?
It is a great video thanks for the great information and well delivered. This is exactly what I was looking for.
At point 2.08 when talking about drainage drainage surveys who exactly does these is it the solicitors or surveyors?
A surveyor will do a drainage survey usually with a CCTV camera.
@@MoveiQ what kind of house survey does this come under because there are 3 different types to my knowledge?
