I bet it sounds awful, no wonder all paid reviews are without sound =)

No one really cares how it sounds. They care about price, range, and speed. Installation difficulty, weight, and durability are secondary concerns. Sound comes in like 13th or something.

@ElonaMusk You can't make everyone happy. I'd be interested to hear one in person, but haven't seen one yet.

Only sound i hear is "Fuckers didn't steel my walmart bike".
charged the battery and ready to go on almost any bike you want to steel. J/K.
Needs a cover is all for weather.
Back in the 70's we had Mopeds that did 25MPH , 2 stroke Mcunen engine that had the 'Flip' style
engine start. But with most all small T2 stroke's at that time- it's always the carbonate'R. :(

The idea of an independent and removable drive is correct but the actual positioning of the system precludes all settings regarding city bikes. Fixing it under the seat is cumbersome; What about members of a family occasionally switching bike having to set the seat to the lowest position? (Me and my daughter switching bike as an example (this is an actual situation). Why not simply designing a unit that fits to the chassis near the pedals? And make it removable too?
