Squash - Beginner Basics Solo Routine

This routine takes between 30 and 60 minutes so if you are short on time, just reduce the number of reps by half or cut out some of the exercises. Lately, I have been going through this 2 or 3 times per week.
Routine:
50 Counter Drops
50 Straight Drops (1/2 way back)
50 3/4 Drives (service box)
50 Volleys (close to front wall)
50 Volleys (1/2 way back to short line)
50 Volleys (in front of the short line)
50 Volleys (service box)
120 Alternating Volleys
20 Corner Volleys
20 Toss-To-Myself Drives
50 Straight Drives

Great routine, I completed it on the weekend and my forearm was burning afterwards. Have you played any games left handed yet? I’d be interested to know what level you could get too!
Awesome. I definitely feel the burn as well. Still trying to build endurance on my left side and this routine has been helping. I am going to join the ladder at my club next month so we will see how far I can climb.
