In Exodus, you told your people: Exodus 23:25 (ESV) You shall serve the Lord your God, and he will bless your bread and your water, and I will take sickness away from among you. In Numbers, you gave this Blessing to Moses to pass on to Aaron for God's people: Numbers 6:24 - 26 (ESV) The Lord bless you and keep you; The Lord make his face to shine upon you and be gracious to you; the Lord lift up his countenance upon you and give you peace. In Psalms, we read: Psalm 30:2 (ESV) O Lord my God, I cried to you for help, and you have healed me. Throughout your Word, we find healing from you, Oh Lord. Please have mercy on our sister (Sherry) and take away her sickness. I pray this in Jesus name. Amen. 🙏❤

Can you guys pray that I get a job and that me and my kids have a good Christmas can you also pray that my family sees how much god delivered me and wants to read the Bible too ! I’m scared my mom is lukewarm she doesn’t read the Bible and never has she is 54 and when she gives advice to my kids and siblings she tends to make excuses for sin in a worldly way it really scares me that she doesn’t know his word . She prays and tells us to lean on god but doesn’t see a need for reading the Bible or church . I have a similar experience as Kanoe in recognizing and following the 'authority' in the home. I realized through the convicting of The Holy Spirit that God's order is purposeful and effective. I am a capable, independent woman. However, once I 'let' my husband fulfill his role as the leader in our home, things really changed - for the better. He's never thrown that big responsibility in my face. As in any organization, someone has to be the final decision maker. This does not mean that the final decision maker doesn't work with those under his/her authority and consult with them. It can be a 'team effort'. Honestly, once I decided 'hey, I'm going to do it God's way and see how that works". This frees me up to live my life and be responsible for my role. It's not about 'submission' in my home or being the 'lesser'. It took a previous marriage ( contrary to this role identified in Chapter 11 when I did not follow this scripture) to open my eyes to what I should do. It's been a 'relief' to do it God's way.

Along with that comes Respect from my Partner and Praise and from people. And we can be role Models for our Kids and unbelievers who still think that feminism means to rule over man and not to submit to anyone. I pray that God will speak to the women that true womanhood is embracing the role HE has designed for us, and he values us, i dont care if people see me undervalued because of my Submission to my Partner, I care what God values.God bless you.
This is what happens in Church of God. Elder have authory. That what happen in our society. I was married my 2nd husband was unevenly yorked. My spiritual advisor mom said I was married to Jesus . This help me in my marriage if 15 years. Where after 3 afairs I couldn't do it anymore. I miss my spiritual mom. I depended on her so much. I can't wait to be with her again. This is why I am studying God's work bc I hear her abd hiw she spoke God's wird in my life. I sorry I talked ir spoke too much. God is convincing my heart he has always been my companion and comfort and provider I get lonely. You know world relationships physically I miss. For my 1st husband I put high before God . Ephesians 5:22-23 tells wives to submit themselves to their own husbands as unto the Lord for the husband is the head of the wife even as Christ is the head of the church
38:46,it comes down to "Wives submit to YOUR husbands..submitting to one's husband is different for every marriage,this is where you communicate even before marriage,incase the way your husband wants you to submit goes against your values.
But what if the man doesn't want to lead spiritually and because of that, the woman takes the lead in order to set an example for the man and the kids??? What then?? Looking to your reply Kanoe!!!
We have to remember that this is written in the context of marriages that have two believing spouses. The goal is equal yoking. But if that does not exist, PRAY. PRAY. And PRAY some more. Pray for conviction in his heart. Pray for growth. Pray for Godly men to surround him. Never stop praying. Continue to develop your own faith and allow the way you live your life and the way you love him and your children to be the greatest witness to the grace of God. As with any issue in marriage, communicate in a healthy way. Seek the Holy Spirit in what to say and how to say it. The goal is to help Him to grow, not to demand growth. Show him what change looks like. If he is a believer, trust that the Lord will convict his heart. In the meantime, stay close to Jesus and yes, be the example. We are never doormats. There is supposed to be a mutual respect in marriage and never at the expense of your submission to Christ first (and that includes spiritually nurturing your children). At the end of the day, a husband that doesn’t respect God and his wife will be held accountable. If there is not a mutual respect, and if a husband is totally unwilling to allow the wife to take her children to church, then that is a much bigger issue that may need higher counsel. God is gracious and powerful, and He can change any circumstance!! He did it with me, and He did it with my marriage ❤️
