Thank you very much shamaji. Cracked wheat are roasted in pure ghee till golden brown.it takes nearly10 to 12 minutes.cooking process continues after adding milk.for preparing halwasan you need 30 to 35 minutes.

U used cracked wheat rather than wheat flour. Nice to see slightly different recipe than usual Halwasan. I prefer this coarse texture.
