Thank you as always, Sergio. Unfortunately, I had a meniscus surgery because I was told that my torn meniscus wouldn’t heal because it was in that white zone with almost no blood flow. I tried using PC6 op. side and LV3 to guide my tx to the affected knee, but I had no results. I wish I had this approach to try though…

Olá Sem ver o caso é muito difícil de aconselhar. A acupuntura não funciona bem com "receitas" cada caso é um caso e convém adaptar o tratamento a cada paciente
As always great info..... I am a pretty high level competitive athlete and also a Acupuncturist. I have been through all these knee injuries. Mine was Left side Outer meniscus. And also inner knee eye on the right knee . I also find the LI 11 is very helpful opposite side if it's stomach channel knee pain . I never needled through but I add H3 for the GB often I add TB 10 channel. And liver 8 opposite side. The results are instant . What are go to for inner knee eye? It's Spleen channel I believe. I actually use Spleen 4 , same side , stomach 35 area system 3 lung 5 area .. that helps allot. But I feel like there is something more that can be looked at? As it's gets me maybe 50 percent.... Note I only get sore in these areas when my training volume is extremely high. Like 4 plus hour workouts most days . As I compete in Grappling and Ironman Triathlon in it's given season
If I know there are torn ligaments or meniscus I always thread the needle from li to ht, you're going through all tue channels in the arm so.you end up balancing all the channels on the knee I may add points of regular balance like on the other knee or something, but the most important part is the threaded needle in the elbow, regardless of what ligament is injured
One question, the left knee is torn on the outer ligament and the cruciate ligament is torn and it has already been operated on, but the knee is still very swollen due to the trauma, so you can let it bleed around the knee, so with several stitches in the same place and how often can i do this ?
If you still have stitches from the surgery I wouldn't do any local treatment Use distal acupuncture until the surgiu wounds are more or less healed If the surgery is recent the area will probably be too inflamed to do local techniques, specially bleeding
Nice information sir thank u sir
Great presentation Sergio. Thank you
Obrigada 🙏

I'm sorry you didn't manage to avoid surgery, hope your knee recovered well
This doesn't work for every meniscus injury, but it is my go to technique
