Here's the story of what happened before...
After a very tiring hunt, you and Winchesters (Sam & Dean) went to get some food, but you weren't hungry, because you were so tired and fell asleep. When you arrived to the restaurant, you heard Sam got out of car to get food.

OH MY GOD IT HAS A STORYLINE I LOVE THIS SO MUCH
Listening to this I feel like I’m asleep in the backseat with Sammy. Sam holds me in his chest while I listen the sound of rain and rock music, and I slowly drift off to sleep with the feeling of Sammy gently playing with my hair.

I've been watching a lot of these asmr vids and it's only now I'm realizing.. if there's three of us sleeping in the impala, who the hell is sharing a seat lol unless I'm on the floor! Nicely done btw!

Dean sighs kitty Sam and I need to be up front with you. Your high blood sugar lately it scares the shit out of me and Sammy. I whisper I’m sorry and begin to cry. Sam snaps dean what the hell! She’s sick dean. She’s really sick with a cough that’s been hanging on for a month. Dean pinches the bridge of his nose you might be in love with her but I’m her spirit guide sometimes I have to give her tough love. I told the truth you are scared Sammy. You can’t hunt you can’t sleep. She needs to wake up and get her emotional eating under control. She’s hurting I get it, but she’s got to keep fighting. We all got to keep fighting. Sam mumbles you want her to start not eating her feelings stop eating yours.
