@@LutesDice Unless the party barbarian decides that once again he is the traumatic event and one shots the werewolf leader that jumped out of the woods using a bar stool. I’m not sure where he got the bar stool from.
Aright, this is officially the best quick guide to curse of strahd. It literaly synopsises the whole campaign si that you as a dm know whats going to come later on
As a new dm, this book is a lot and I’m very worried about knowing it all and dming it right, but this very short video was encouraging and terrifying at the same time, so thanks?
This is perfect timing, I just agreed to run Strahd and have skimmed the book but felt like I didn't have a good grasp on what the different pieces were!
thank you so much for this video, the book can be so wordy and thick that I was kinda getting lost in all the lore, so a brief overview was just what I needed to make it make sense in my poor small brain
This campaign was amazing. I was a player from start to finish. I love the characters in this my DM presented. Though it will always bother me that Ireena is called Ireena..For our campaign it was Irina. Which feels a lot more like a real name. Outside of that Vallaki was incredible. I love all the political intrigue.
So I met a dude in a CoS campaign who played the original Ravenloft, apparently they didn't bother to change much, he was calling out the layout of the damn castle turns in advance.
One of my players in my campaign wants to actually become a vampire, I was thinking of using this story as an arc in my own homebrew campaign. Any tips? I don’t know if I actually want to have my player become a vampire- isn’t that gonna destroy the goodness of the party?
There’s a Lightsaber? 👀 I’ll have to remember to pester our DM about that 😂 also I need to know where Madame Eva gets her nails done so I can send my Paladin there. Like, girl when did you have time to get a mani in Barovia?!

"This is the werewolf den: there are werewolves inside."
10/10 would curse myself stealing from Mother Night statue again.
Note to self: Barovia is terrifying and the party *will* have PTSD
Probably, yes :)

Note to self unless the party gets ptsd we failed as horror DMs
@@cryamistellimek9184 He's a barbarian, bar stools are drawn to them like moths to flames.
Good... goooood....
Man I remember the dead dragon.
My not-too-bright Cleric: "Excuse me, Magical Dragon Who Lives In The Fireplace? We would have words with thee!"
That’s epic

Thanks, glad to hear it!
2 truths and a lie: Barovia is a soul trap, Ireena eventually escapes the soul trap, and Strahd always comes back.
Okay that was amazing. Haven't gotten to prep it yet (I'm still running ToD) but it definitely is my next campaign!
Thank you ❤️!

I'm a new DM too doing this campaign too! Any info you can share?
Great video! Really quickly explains the main plot of the module while also throwing in a quick description of the side areas!
Thank you!
Low key the best CoS guide.
Thank you
This is actually such an incredibly helpful summary, thank you. Also your hair rocks wow
That was very helpful. I’m dming tonight. I’m not ready at all, but this was very helpful, wish me luck 🍀

Wow this was great! Loved the animation. I knew I wanted to play Curse of Strahd but I didn't knew how much.
Thank you ❤️
I've watched a lot of guides to this module and this is one of the best overviews. well done!

I love this video format 😂 goes over everything while being short, sharp and entertaining
Thanks!
That was the best summary ever! Strahd 's lost Facebook page! Lol
My favourite campaign!
And you are Strahd's favorite adventurer.
Wow that was actually very helpful, keep up the amazing work!
Thank you!
love the use of game screenshots / vids lol
Thanks for a new video

Continue doing great job
Love it, I have the module, I hope to play it after corona ends. Thanks for the video, I really like the style!
Thank you ❤️
The players didn't decapitate Strahd, so he can come back...
This reminds me Jocat's "A crap guide to D&D". This could be "A crap guide to Curse of Strahd" 👌
Thanks! That's a flattering comparison.
@@LutesDice :3 no problemo.
OK ready to dm Cos tonight thanks.
Cool, thanks!
I seriously wished I saw this video first before I ever ran COS!
Wow!
I've DM this campaign 4 times already, after this video I want to run this again :0_
You deserve way more subscirber, awesome video.
Thanks a lot. I appreciate it

😂 plz plz keep doing videos like this for the other campaigns
The fastest video on your channel, but nevertheless it is verry informative.
Could you do a lore segment for strahd von zarovich, of course if you have time. Interested in doing that in January for our next campaign.

Probably a disguise self spell xd
Ah - so the werewolves didn't capture your imagination either :D
I mean... It's a place. With someone inside.
Probably doing something.
@@LutesDice My party had Zuleika Toranescu as their ally and I STILL skipped the werewolf den
Sounds fun
what is the recommended number of players for this campaign
My recommended number of players for any campaign is 3. But it's purely my preference. I ran this one with 3 players and it went fine.
Loved this xD you got a sub from me
The deter mine has been depleted.
Nice
nice
Still mildly confused, my first time DM'ing TwT
We did Curse of Strahd so bad we ended up fighting Asmodeus and PVPing at the end of our campaign 👀💧
You're cuttie
