You must
1: finish all your other tasks
2: finish the weekly task (optional but better)
3: Go to were you find your tasks
4: Click love is in the air task
5: Complete it
6: your married then you can do the two and a half sims task :D

When you go to the bottom left and click tasks, 3 tasks pop up, right? Is "money grows on trees" one of them? If there is, click on it. It will probably tell you what to do. Finish that task, and then it will unlock the "love is in the air" quest!😊 Hope this helps. I figured it out because I didn't know how to do it either😁.

I think you mite have to complete all of your other quests and then it should pop up but I'm not sure cuz it ain't happens to me yet
