Pls ma how do I make my own very thick… because I prepared it an it wasn’t thick it was too watering an I don’t like it that way… pls tell , what do I do
It’s the palm kernel… I’ve had that experience countless number of times, I didn’t know until I started buying from a different trader. There are different species of it,just tell the seller what you want to use it for…. Thanks for watching ❤️❤️
Yes you can. You wash and scrap the banga stick first in order to get the best flavor out of it. Then put it in the pot after which you pour the banga oil extract into the pot also and then place the pot on the fire. Thereafter you follow all the steps outlined in the video. Note that you should leave the banga stick in the pot of stew/soup till you finish the soup as it continues to add and sustain it's unique flavor in the stew/soup.
@@emjayscorner1it's an aromatic stick which adds a unique flavor to banga soup. It's used by the people of the Niger-Delta here in Nigeria in the preparation of their own type of banga soup but can add flavor to our own mode of banga stew too 😊💕

You should have added onion 🧅 garlic 🧄 and ginger 🫚 to garnish the meat 🍖 anyway maybe a lot of Nigerians 🇳🇬don’t like these local spices. But in motherland Ghana 🇬🇭 95% loves to garnishing their meat or beef with this local spices ooo to make it flavor 🤣🤣🤣. Anyway your palm nut soup looks delicious and yummy .

Please what is ukpa, how is called in English. Am in akwa ibom

Just like that, without seasoning the icefish
What is the essence of seasoning the ice fish separately

Can one add red oil again?
No not at all
It’s already too oily, there’ll be no need for that
Pot too small
Plastic contact with hot food or too long cold food creats health hazard
