Indeed Clem Burke on drums for this California mini tour. Looks like Severo "The Thrilla" Jornacion (former Smithereens) on bass. Wally in terrible voice. Clem Burke was a permanent drummer in The Romantics after David Petratos left the band. He was the backbone of their incredible live shows (not apparent here) in the 90's. I was fortunate to see them: Wally, Mike, Coz, and Clem. They were as tight a rock unit as you'd ever see - with one of rock's greatest drummers.
