I just ordered the Flightline Bearcat and will be following your SAFE/AS3X video setting up the AR631 I got for it. The Bearcat is one of my favorites of the WW2 era planes.
To me they are a little easier to fly than Corsairs. But love them both.
Yes I wish Arrows would rerelease this bird too. Great flying in that wind Big Guy.👍🏻✌🏻🖖🏻

Be good if you can get a few of the other rc content creators to talk to arrows. Like you say its the best flying warbird out there.
For the money they are. Somewhat inexpensive, fly well, packed with features and are not at all intimedating to fly.
The Bearcat was that last of the line of the Grumman F4F Wildcat, F6F Hellcat and F8F Bearcat. The F4U Corsair was made By Chance Vought. The Irony is that The Real Bearcat also had a short life span as it was manufactured at the end of ww2 so it didn't see much action if any and was quickly obsolete as the Jet age was born.

You totally had me fooled. I thought for sure you were going to pull out the 980mm P-47. Arrows should bring back the P-47 also in 1100mm or compatible scale size to the rest of the collection. I would love to see a video of you applying the clear coat on a future build. I was wondering what, if anything, you tape off before spraying.

I fly all my Arrows warbirds with 4s 3000Mah lipos
My next flights will be on 4s.
Same here. But on 2200 4s. I run avian escs tho. Things are soo fast and stable for 1100 birds. Best bang for buck warbirds hands down

Hi can I ask what percentage of flaps u have for both take off and landing? I'm new to using flaps
I set my up to whatever looks good to me , same with my control surfaces
On a Spektrum I use %100 for flaps up, %25 for take off flaps and negative %50 for landing flaps with no mix with the elevator at all.
But honestley this planes slows down well wityhout flaps so you really dont need them that much.

HRB 3300 Mah is that 3S or 4S ???? ..tnx...
Yes. It flies nice on 3S and even better on 4S. Just remember to adjust nose weight fir CoG as needed.
@@mikewilson5944 Thanks...he just rarely gives the cell count; just the battery and Mah 🙂I figured 4S but he didn't say.... the Arrows F8F calls for 3S..The ESC isn't rated for 4S (I know some use 4S) ; .I was wondering what he used... have a great New Year !
