Hi, I have a question. My 4050TN is being really slow. The panel said "Data Received, processing job" but it takes forever. Sometimes the printing job was never done, and went back to ready mode. Do you think fuser is the problem?
OK. I removed and replaced the Fuser and everything is correct. No error message. But impossible to reset the counter to zero. Thank you. But my real problem is still present. I have a gray vertical band (approximately 0.5 inches wide on the left side) on all my documents. My toner is 50%.

Your problem sounds like the main board, not the fuser.

I broke the lid on my HP 4050T when I was moving it. Is there anything on how to replace it?
