  • The neck is a great "nervous system access point" to support parasympathetic tone and reduce anxiety.
    Stephanie guides you through three of her favorite neck massage techniques to decrease neck tension, increase neck range of motion, and help you feel better in general. Because the neck is a "nervous system access point" (more specifically innervated by cranial nerves which are part of the parasympathetic nervous system), working with the neck just makes everything feel and move better.
