"Show Them" is the new anthem for "GIRL POWER!" Two of the most talented and powerful women's group somehow, against all odds, put together one of the best collaborative songs out there. They are the new "Power Couple" in rock. For a future collaborative effort from both bands, the Maidiacs and The Warning Army can now form a "Two Nation Army".
Was lucky enough to be at their joint concert in Tokyo in June where they live debuted this song Also caught the premiere of this video. Nice to get to read the lyrics on this one Really hoping that they release an official live video of this from that concert too!
For me, when such talented musicians come together, you can only get excellent music. Beyond the comparisons, the images of the face to face: Saiki/Kamani vs Daniela, Misa vs Alejandra, Akane vs Paulina as well as Miku in the middle is a visual delight for their fans. Spectacular to see so much female talent carrying the rock torch worldwide.
Perfect collab song, nothing too complicated, just two great bands enjoyin’ playing together 💥 This is maybe ”lightest” song Kanami has ever written but still there are that challenge for others. This time both singers have to sing different octave than usually. Love it 😅❤️🤘
So much talent in one place 8X♾These two bands are fans of each other and friends since they met a couple of years ago at Aftershock. I am a fan of these amazing bands and know many others are as well. Between The Warning Army and The Maidiacs, this has to be the biggest fan base of any modern bands. Now we need Band Maid to come to Mexico for another collaboration.
Always love your breakdowns. Excellent work as always. I think this song did the impossible job of highlighting everyone without getting lost in noodling around. It’s still a catchy fun song in its own right. Just a phenomenal job all they way around

I’ve watched “Show Them” 50 times now and still haven’t been able to drop my eyes down to the lyrics.🤘😂 Thx, Me-Co! Btw -- I was just thinking: Band-Maid and The Warning, two very different bands, found something that would bring them together -- music! If only the people of the world could find something that would bring them together. I know... if peace and prosperity isn't enough, how about uniting for the very survival of our species! 🤔
Yup. Kanami "by the way discreetly one of the best rock producers on the scene," Dani said her fingers were on every aspect of this, she wrote the original demo and opened it out for feedback, she recorded the Warning on the first day and bandmaid on the second, vocals on the the third. Miku wrote the lyrics and again opened it out for feedback. I Imagine kanami worked as she normally does except this time she saw all eight of them as the raw material. The usual collab is either a cover of a classic or one band sitting in on one of the other's standards and largely playing in unison with a bit of vocal harmony and guitar solo switching. Kanami said the next work will be stuff composed for the eight of them by the Warning but I'm hoping they hand the production back to kanami rather than some other guy, but if they do I'm sure she won't mind, like with Mikey chan Einziger she'll absorb every lesson she can get from it. PRS did a great interview with Dani and Kanami, all that remains is for kanami to write and produce a "Bandmaid, the Warning and Carlos Santana" number with pau and Akane channeling "Soul Sacrifice"
Just asking, What male bands could compete? Especially at these ages. Please leave a suggestion Since you felt the need to add "female". Wow, I sound bitter. Really want to know if you think the guys bring something the girls can't
I feel that these ladies could hold their own with any rock band out there current or past. They are extremely talented and I mentioned it because there has been a huge shift from all male rock bands that are big to more female dominated! I think it is a huge deal in my opinion!
