"Everything's just turning to... (tries to find the technical term) ... piss" 😂
It's amazing how someone young can have sooo much knowledge and expertise in your craft. The extension looks amazing, you and drew are an amazing team.
Your lad seems like a nice lad and hard worker, hard to find these people nowadays keep hold of him
Rob Clevitt, I’m glad you popped his name in that was him in the radio station, he’s a seriously good Chippy he is.
Izzy ive been watching robin and my god what a joiner he is he's the Dogs Bollcks
With the craftsmanship and professionalism you’ve got, People will be screaming to get you on their jobs👍
Nice finished job lads.
SHALOM 🔥
15.00. That's a British Newt. We used to collect them in woodland ponds under rocks etc as kids in the 70's. They can be almost black in colour too. New sub here and love your tidy work lads being an ex labourer who started out aged 12 for my Ol' man back in the 80's school holidays and when i left school.
Loving the Fix radio sweatshirt mate. My favourite bricklayer and my favourite radio station. Happy days.
I have no idea why I was recommended one of your videos - I have never touched a brick, nevermind laid one!
Yet I have found myself watching your full series on the mansion build.
I find it so relaxing to watch!
Subbed to the channel - keep up the great content!
Mate, thanks so much ☺️☺️☺️ so happy you've been enjoying the videos and watched the full mansion build series 💪🙂 appreciate the support brother! All the best
Your attention to detail, Izzy, is second to none! Impressed with your Maths as well! Bet you were fair chuffed with your achievements by the end of the week! Drew's a Saint by the way, dealing with all those bricks. Nice one guys!👍
Drew defo needs a t shirt making up, the chief brick cleaner 😂
Great Video Izzy you are a great Craftsmen love your videos retired now nearly 80 i miss being out on site😀😀👍.
Robin, Roger & Izzy.... Quality blokes. Proper tradesmen. 👍
Lovely old job Izzy. The used bricks give a nice oldie feel to them. 👍👍
Teaching me things I didn't realise I'd forgot brother. 10/10 video like always 💙
You really are a talented, skilled and professional craftsman. 👍👍
Good ol' Robin Clevett.

@@IzzytheBricky glad to hear that Izzy, you have very similar work standards and it seems pretty rare these days.

Attention to detail is wonderful to see
Your work is something to trust and count on. Well done. 👏🏻👏🏻
Top work izzy.
Excellent job again 👍
Great job Izzy. Always best to keep the 1/2 bond with that lintel blockwork. Looks right, yes its a pain but you know it aint gonna fall down when you walk away!
Great job izzy ❤
Great stuff lads. Really top work.
Another amazing job
We must be using the same scaffolders down south as its easier to do it your self then get them to do it lol😂😂
Great work again Izzy well done hopefully you get the big job as you asked me yeah I'm good thanks take care stay safe and well😎😎💕💕👍👍👏👏
That lizzard looking thing looks like a newt... and if it is they are a protected species and can shut a sote down
My thoughts exactly
Great job ❤
Awesome 🤩 and you met the wizard himself!!
Fantastic as ever 👌 I'm amazed it only took 5 days! If you do get those other unit jobs it will be great, no faffing around, nice straight forward earner for you. That will probably be the largest wall you've ever built, block too 👍
Love it mate
Aye ,you're a proper brickie son, a modern old fashioned dedicated tradesman , if it's not right , it's not getting built, shout out t your mate, grafter, good luck , mick
Mate you're even better than Nick Knowles. Top vid and work as always pal
“I’ll have the Beef Wellington please!”
Another class job by the lads ✊ looks mint mate and them editing skills man, quality job 🤝 some graft going into your videos there. Keep it up mate, awesome as always 👊
Incredible craftsmanship
Thanks so much mate
Love these episodes that show various different small jobs. 👌🏻
Do you ever fix the wall plate with fixing screws or just rely on the cement bond ?
What kind of bond was that behind what you cut out at 6.45 blimey 😦 😂
Fella you need to take your own build project. That would be awesome 😎
Hard working man☘️☘️☘️👍👍👍
I believe it’s a newt of some kind. Although I’ve only ever seen them in and around ponds…
I believe it's a female Common Newt, sometimes called a Smooth Newt.
Could get site shut down
another great vid izzy cant beat leathal scaffold lol .... wouldnt have wanted to load out the roof scaff bending under its own weight ....
I’ve ran a scaffolding company for 20 years! That job is shocking 😂
Let's go bro! Early gang!
That “lizard” was a newt 😂😂😂😂
That scaffold is a proper slash. You got about 50% worth of tube and fittings missing.
As a scaff those scaffs on your job have no idea what they’re doing lad
Weekend job, probably pissing down and still pissed from the night before. 😂
@@frenchgreguk not good enough, peoples lives are at risk here, I dunno how they sleep at night, that sort of stuff would keep me awake
You should explain to your viewers the difference between compo mortar and mortar.
It look like a newt that lizard 😂😊
Great vid as always. Just a quick question what is the difference between thoese hallux rods and Trams(bed reinforce ladders)?
If the next job has a big pile of bricks to clean off I think it will break Drew 😂😂
Wait till the client decides to get it rendered
Izzy make sure drew is wearing a face covering when cutting blocks like that, silicosis is a silent killer, you only get one pair of lungs.
Well done Izzy you are the best you beat the rest Ali Walsall west midlands england junction 10 m6 Walsall churckery
Fascinating to watch and as a lay person to learn from you. Can I ask what mask you use please?
I would of just bedded up 2 course of common slightly and a bit bigger bed under the wall plate and course of block as well rather than cut all the splits
I've seen these come by plenty in your vids, what type of lintels are these? are they two sided ?? I' ve done reno in my house and i would have loved one of those above my big window range.
That was a gecko,a brickies best friend in Australia, not a lizard ❤, seriously love your work mate,22 years behind the trowel now,I just love how you handle situations......few F" bombs behind the scenes I reckon 😅, the way you spread your bed is executed perfectly in my opinion, hope you keep getting good clients realising that you give a shit, compared to other meatheads that take advantage of people on the private sector, what goes around comes around..,. love from Bells beach Torquay Victoria Australia 🌏🦘💯💯💪💪💪🌅
Thanks so much for the support mate, greatly appreciate it! Definitely a few words said off camera haha but all about being calm💪 are you still on the Trowel mate? And if so, serious question, do you need a hand on any jobs over there? I've got some availability coming up💪💪
That's a British Newt. 🤣🤣🤣At Gecko.
Good man do what you doing 🏘️🏗️🏘️🏘️🏘️🏘️🏘️🏘️🏘️🏘️🏘️🏘️
There SHOULD be a LARGE air space gap in-between the face of the insulation and the OUTER WALL inside the cavity ; this includes an air space gap in-between the face of the insulation and the cavity-wall-tie drip point-which should be in the centre of the cavity.
Ask N.V.Q. BRICKWORK teachers for PROOF of this ! With the cavity-wall being bridged with insulation (insulation touching the outer walls), damp will travel from the outer wall through the bridging insulation to the inner wall !
Nice job, pretty sure it was a mosquito mate.
I hope that’s not a Great Crested Newt, the environmental bods will stop the job! Nevertheless, great work Izzy, those bricks look epic.
Not sure what's more dangerous, the scaffolding or having an argument with a scaffolder
That was a newt, find them always in weird places
What size and make trowel do you use izzy?
That creature you found is a newt...did it have orange on its belly?
Is "turning to piss" a technical term? Sorry I don't work in the trade, I just enjoy your videos.
another great video Izzy. Are there any health and safety guys watching your video lol
I don’t think they get involved unless you have a certain amount of guys working. But it’s been 15 years since Iv done domestic bricklaying. Site work only for me now.
I’d be more worried about if that was a great crested newt he showed. I didn’t see any red on it.
Stilh saw? Looked like an Evolution saw...
When Gordon Ramsey does DIY 🤨
Can you give a price on some brickwork Izzy?
FFS hide the gold crested newt!
Izzy, I've got a son whos 13 & he wants to get into construction he's seen some of your posts....any advise for him, his name is aaron. Thanks IZZY much appreciated.
I like bticklaying just to watch
Hi we are doing a build using the peterson bricks on a wild bond what do you price m2
A newt 😂
It's a newt or lizard izzy
izzy ever seen rob singer?
Why no safety hats?
Can't find one big enough. 😂
👍🧱
No joke on my mums account had dodgy scaffold almost fell 4 storeys on to rubble I'm craig from my account held on by the otherside of scaffold pole they laughed
That house must have avoided the wrecking ball by a whisker, what a pile of S*%”e 🤢🤮. Another one to be shut of . That was a newt and they can stop a whole housing estate being built 😬🐊. I hope you got to meet the big man Clive 🤩🤩🤜🏻🤛🏻🧱👍🏼
Izzy you wear face masks but you really should also wear ear defenders when you are using stihl saws and other machine tools
Scaffolding is third world 😂 seen safer in Mogadishu 50 years ago 😂 always be cautious 👍🧱
A newt
Poor guy drew
Get your ear plugs in, ears will be screwed at 35
Why do you not bed your cat nicks on
Knock off the weight lifting shots mate. Your content is great. Don’t turn into a body building channel though.
".....and it does not look safe at all..."
then goes walking around under it with no PPE
Anytime you're onsite however small you should be wearing your PPE.
Any more of that and you'd be off the job on commercial work ..standards
You hero
Good how you get your own work, do you work for yourself and just do jobs for builders or do you have a guy who gets you the work?
izzy the mathematic.✏ 🗒🤓
