Some owners mention a problem with depleting batteries on long distance journeys. According to MG UK users forum, charging wouldn’t start until battery is fully depleted, which leads to rapid loss of power, which can potentially be dangerous when overtaking. Seems to be similar to early Duster/Jogger hybrids (resolved by Dacia with a software patch). Have you noticed similar behavior or do you know if this been resolved yet? Great video btw!
Mein MG ZS Hybrid wurde mir am 13. Dezember übergeben, im Flachland läuft es gut, aber sobald es bergauf geht, dreht es sich um und kann nicht mehr. Ab 3000 U/min wird es laut im Cockpit und das kommt häufig vor.
I see you found the two 5 page manuals? in the glove compartment. There is now an on-line manual available, but don’t get excited it’s rubbish. Try finding ANY information regarding the Navigation System, or the Sound System etc. What’s included tells you what things do, but not how to make it do them. I also noticed you didn’t connect your phone to the intermittent ApplePlay system. Nice car to drive, but they’ve rushed the introduction. It’s called the 2025 because that’s when it was originally scheduled to be released Half-baked? I just hope they will realise that bad publicity will reduce sales and this will get MG to pull their finger out.
@ Hi. Thanks for the info. I have both manuals on my PC, and yes the MG3 manual shows the dots at top right, and clicking on these produces a sub menu enabling the sound settings to be adjusted. Unfortunately the, what passes as a manual, ZS Hybrid + manual does not provide this, or a lot of other essential information. MG need to get their act together, in their rush to launch the MG ZS Hybrid + (2025 model), in the UK, they have omitted to ensure it was actually ready for launch. The has caused dealerships admitting, that they have been placed in difficult situations, due their not being able to deal with their customers requests for information, and this has resulted in the many of their customers, being unable to enjoy their new cars to the full. To make matters worse MG UK don’t appear to be making much, if any, effort to rectify the situation.
@@warrencroft7362 I was corious, because some reviwers told that the car is quite noisy. Maybe due to the cheap tyres the car was fitted with ? Can't remember the brand though.
The road noise is definitely noticeable, woudlnt say it’s very loud but it’s bearable. The trophy model with the bigger wheels does produce slightly more Road noise

You can download the user manual for the MG3 Hybrid+. More or less they have the same system.

How about the road noise ? Seems pretty quiet to me, especially when running on the electric motor.
Test drive one and the road noise is almost non existent. It’s crazy what you get for such a low price

Jeśli samochód jest na gwarancji i coś się zepsuje to dlaczego serwis ma być drogi? Raczej naprawa będzie za darmo, zgadza się?
