Hey Oliver, I wrote that piece and it's titled "The Adventures Of...". It was written for Dr. Jason Bergman (or "Berg Man" ; )) at UNT. A unique thing about the piece is that the length can be modified in a bunch of ways. There are ten rehearsal letters and you can jump from any letter to any other letter seamlessly. So it's a bit of a choose-your-own-adventure. The trumpeter in the video played the whole piece without any cuts. I'm glad you enjoyed it! I thought the performer sounded terrific as well and Chris and Caleb had some great ideas.
I Love this, and their emphases!!! It's all about singing through the trumpet!!!
