Hello and Welcome to the SRT ARMORER channel.
My name is Jeffrey Mitchell,
I am the owner of Strategic Response Tactical LLC in Gilbert Arizona.
I am a vetted and certified Master Level Armorer and Gunsmith for COLT, FN, GLOCK, HK, SIG SAUER. My certifications and training are Military / Law Enforcement / Civilian based. I have over 35 years of experience with nearly every type and brand of firearms manufactured.
The focus for the SRT ARMORER channel here on UA-cam is to demonstrate first hand LIVE views of inspections of various brands of firearms and components, utilizing the TDP / Technical Data Package as the standard for which the items will be "judged". All dimensions will be checked, gauged and measured for accuracy in comparison to the TDP information!
None of the components / firearms will be "cherry -picked" by the different manufacturers represented.
Every piece will be "an example of one" , and the intent is to not base views and opinions on the overall quality of the represented manufactured component being inspected.
Now, taking into consideration there are hundreds of components being produced each day, and the potential for mistakes could be very high.
Hence the "Quality Control" departments carries the responsibility to ascertain that mistakes / problems with components don't leave the facility. Unfortunately.....this is not the case in recent times.
How the individual manufacturer deals with the issue(s) / problem(s) speaks to their business practice, and should be taken into consideration!
