Hi there! Thanks for your comment. I believe there are things you can do to minimize the chance of milia forming, mainly keeping up with a good chemical exfoliation regimen daily. Do you currently use any chemical exfoliants? Like, glycolic or lactic acids? salicylic acid is specifically to clear out pores, but that is usually best for open comedones, like blackheads. Milia have a layer of keratinized tissue closing the pore that needs to be broken through. Aside from lancing this tissue to squeeze the contents out (which I don’t really recommend unless an esthetician or dermatologist does this for you), chemical exfoliants can help slough off the top layers enough to possible extract them on your own at some point.
But, I think keeping up with chemical exfoliants that are meant for your skin type is the best bet to keep them from forming in the first place. I have a skin questionnaire, if you’d be interested in filling it out. I’ll be able to curate a skincare regimen for you based on your answers and skin type: form.jotform.com/241148356314049 Then we can chat about your skin concerns and what you would like to improve.
Thanks for your video seems like a lot of work but with amazing results 🎉 I'm a natural redhead and have very sensitive skin. I haven't been able to find any Concealer or foundation that doesn't cake up and enhances my fine lines.I have to stick with a powder. I do like the Aquaphor, I'll use it at night after my night time skin care routine. Applying before bed. What do you think of Plexaderm rapid reduction serum? I use it. It really Reduces the puffiness under my eyes. But I only use less than a half of a pea size a very thin layer or it will dry cracky. It's a lot quicker and I've gotten amazing results.
@@linnpill4381 😆 I do talk pretty fast. It’s the Chicago Italian in me, don’t think I can do much about that, even when I make a conscious effort to slow down.
@@lornakurien7962 My advice would be to try it for yourself and see if it does make a difference on your skin. Admittedly, the difference is seen much more in person than on camera.
You did a great job! I can see a significant difference.
Ive got the hollows too and i hate it! It makes me look like i have bags and i dont! The dents make the under eye look puffy!
Your supposed to use aquaphor lip balm not the ointment
Off topic: what can be done about milia around the lip line at home.

I don't see any difference
