1st Step - STOP

  • This is the 1st Stutter step. It's important to learn where you need to start. Saying that you can stop stuttering is very easy but knowing what to do for it in order to actually stop it is something that's very hard especially if you don't really know what to do. But applying a system to it telling you what exactly you need to do is always better. And as I was saying before if you want to STOP stuttering you have to stop doing it. Start with the STOP.

    hello, I am a stutterer, I am doing this about two months now, first three weeks were constant, then after, I actually got that habit of breathing and partially stopping, it's not perfect yet, i have to force myself to give it some more time and more aware of every moment

      ​@@3stuttersteps the stops and jumps to the next vowel are difficult, because, I try to relax and leave the subconscious to get out and then to catch the stuttering letters and fix them out, I am just not in the moment 100% of the time, maybe 85% of, but I try to get to that 100% of self awareness when speaking and the other part is emotions, which I feel when my heart rate increases, on phone calls and in some situations in public places, but , because I am doing meditation for a long time, I might say the emotional part is almost fixed, with some minor issues, the goal of course is now to push stops and jumps to the next vowel into subconscious
