we had a really fun time! i wish i had checked the camera because i'm disappointed some of the other major streets we rode on weren't captured. cutest 5 yr old kid in the world pedaling his bike so fast when we were on grand! but i lost myself in the ride and the people around me, and forgot the camera, which is a win to me. the blue ones were the rental bikes from divvy that they provided for free for the ride. mr was not the pacemaker, but we did spend most of our time in the front third of the group. next time i'd like to be further back. we just happened to have been waiting where they ended up starting from. thanks for watching owen! 🛴❤️
While the group ride looked a lot of fun it wouldn't do for a hermit 🤣I'd get annoyed with the stopping too tho at first I thought you'd been collared by the police. You think your pot holes are bad in Chicago, you should see them in the UK 🤣Great weather for a ride out. I hope they all weren't cheating on e-bikes

thank you joe! it turns out there are a ton of group rides in the city. not all are police escorted like this one, though. they really are a fun time. i'm guessing that the next one will be roughly around the same time of year. keep an eye on the northwest center and bikes 4 belmont cragin around that time. chicago critical mass is another group to watch for big rides. i'm hoping to join one of those really soon. happy travels! 🛴❤️
