My personal view on Sodor Fallout is that it started out great, got me majorly into its storyline and Setting and The Situation. I even read the whole thing too, but what ruined it was people adding in their OC’s, confusing up the storyline and making the same edit with the same song.
You wanna know how it could’ve been saved? Instead of “mutations” don’t give them eyes or mouths or growth, have the one mutant as “the beast” and have the rest just sustain damage because the shockwave and thermal blast were so powerful it partially melted their faces. That would explain Gordon entirely, he shut his eyes and mouth tight and when they melted they ended up with a bunch of tendrils where it fused.
Just to clarify I had no idea there was a watpad of Sodor Fallout before making this video I thought it was only on UA-cam my bad I don't know if I will make a sequel to this video talking about the Watpad but I do appreciate you all letting me know
I wish people stopped making AU’s of this AU, it’s not original, it’s easy to create your own original one, EVERYONE has even if they don’t film or write it
My most hated aspect is that it's a Nuclear Reactor meltdown. Nuclear Reactors is one of the most safe forms of energy in the world in terms of deaths, but fiction just has to keep portraying them as the worst things ever. It just sucks that stuff like this makes people believe Nuclear Reactors are genuinely dangerous.
I completely agree with you. Nuclear power is misunderstood. By the way, it's later stated that it was a fake, staged explosion and that the engines were specifically targeted and injected with a mutation substance. Yeah, this makes no sense either. Basically, it's an ' edgy ' story written by someone who may not understand that Sodor and its Railways are supposed to be portrayed as realistically as possible.

A reactor that got hit by one of the worst earthquakes and tsunamis ever and still only POSSIBLY killed one person (he was checking the reactor after the fact while it was stil leaking and died of cancer years later)? Shall we also talk about how at most (a more accepted number is 200 000) nuclear energy has killed 1 million people ever, while fossil fuels have killed 3 to 4 million a year? Maybe you need to learn what you're talking about.
Before this premieres, imma just say that sodor fallout is overrated, the sodor fallout edits just ruined the Thomas fandom on UA-cam for a few months, i’m glad things have gotten back to normal now
I personally love it, unrealistic stuff is one of my favourite things it actually inspired me to make an au of my own. Though, the fandom had to go and ruin it.
I'm working on my own adaptation of Sodor Fallout, I'm hoping to actually be able to complete it and rewrite the stuff that people didn't like about it.
Just to throw in my two cents in there, I loved sodor fallout when it lasted. The fact that just this one story was able to inspire so many thomas fans and allow them to start making their own au’s and content is great! And Thomas fans still do make au’s! The story was also captivating and put our favorite characters in a though situation and almost drew parallels to the official characters, like with skarloey or Edward. The series itself wasn’t the problem, it’s the over-saturation and popularity it gained to the point where even non Thomas fans wondered what was going on. And not all of the content was good, some of it was just downright poorly made. What I’m trying to say is that unlike project G1 or shed 17, it made a bit of an impact on the Thomas fandom in a good way. It came and went, and what we were left with is mostly good. I hope frogz the creator is doing good now.

Children in the fandom kinda ruined Sodor fallout for me, the AUs of the AU are so unoriginal, they get like 100k views for just posting "if my oc was in sodor fallout" or like "Sodor fallout AU crossover" kinda stuff (basically putting other cartoon characters in the AU) and now I think it's pretty overrated.
While Fallout was kinda interesting, am I the ONLY one that's sick of dark AUs of Thomas? I mean, why not AUs on anything that's realistic but different like... What if Thomas was a J60 (correct me on this) tank engine like Christopher's toy tank engine was. Or What if Henry WAS an atlantic Awdry always wanted, and therefore won't be a Black 5 or bring in a fan character that is a black 5. Or what if James stayed black or gone for blue or if Henry stayed blue or if nearly ALL of the engines in the NWR are blue? THOSE types of AUs, not 'oh no, we're attacked by something horrible and we're doomed!' crap! Hell, you could make it a 'magic' AU, or if there're humans or if they were human drivers of the engines based on them, even though it's been done before. In fact, there're IS an AU planned called 'Sodor Dieselisation' where diesels have taken over Sodor, but with twists that the steam engines has been preserved in different places and most are in cool terms, some of the bad diesels may be on the verge of reformation, they know that diesels are getting scrapped too and all that. I recommend all of you check it out, it's a nice example of a fun AU where it isn't....I don't know, the Sudrian equivalent of silent hill or something.
How about we talk about the fact that there are SOME people out there who are addicted to sodor fallout to the point where they act like sodor fallout is their whole life

Being Honest, It Was A Fun Scary Like Ride But Since _Frogz is moving onto better stuff we can still look back at these and think what could have happened to James Or Henry Or Gordon Or Toby Or Thomas Or Anything, because i guess its to the point where we could try and continue sodor fallout for ourselves (not saying i will but i still get a kick out of my sodor fallout videos) But If Someone Has An AU Where The Ending Is Perfectly Thought Out And Satisfying I Would Consider It The Best Sodor Fallout AU.

I will now continue the story but based off of Percy and the beast Production's version Episode 4: Edward and his crew go to WellsWorth to get some food, and while there coming back to Edward, one of the crew members 2 way radio picks up static, It's Jem Cole, he and his family managed to survive via an underground bunker, Trevor was not so lucky however, he was still alive but Trevor's eyes had melted off and he couldn't speak, and Jem Cole decided the best thing to do was... Put Trevor out of his misery. Episode 5: The 14/11 experiment, you explained it already. Episode 6: While Edward is getting water he spots Percy speeding down the line, not even noticing Edward or his crew, turns out he's being chased by the beast, Due to the rails not being in the correct direction he crashes into the water, with the beast then ripping out his tongue, before the beast could kill Percy, a horribly mutated Gordon catches it's attention, and Percy is left to die Episode 7: Edward managed to find Henry at KillDane with some extra armor, turns out Henry was going out to find people who needed help, where he encountered the beast, luckily he managed to run away to KillDane, Henry mentions that he encountered Percy running by, and a Horribly mutated Gordon, "Trying to scream" as Henry said, After they told there stories about the fallout, they went to sleep. Episode 9: When Henry and Edward wake up they left KillDane to find survivors, while they were heading there, one of Edwards crew member's 2 way radio picked up static, turns out it was skarloeys driver, and he has bad news about Skarloey, After the driver tells his story, the radio cuts out, as they were about to leave KillDane, they encountered a nearly dead Percy, nobody wanted to put him out of his misery, so they left him to rot, once again. Episode 10: Edward and Henry decided to go to the sheds, as there was a water tower and coal Depot nearby, so while Edward was getting water, they encountered the big number one, Thomas, Thomas was horribly mutated with one of his eyes melted and a third eye on his forehead, apparently he was shunting trucks at Knapford, Edward and Henry decided to stay with Thomas till they went up the line. Episode 11: Edward and Henry decided to leave Thomas and go to Knapford, where they encountered a very sad toby, turns out wood does not get affected by radiation, but toby decided to go to the direction of the blast to see if Henrietta was okay, due to that mistake, his firebox has became sentient, and due to Toby's firebox being annoying as hell, it makes toby depressed, they decided to bring toby with them so that he does not get hurt, while they were heading back to the sheds, they encounter Thomas, with his iconic smile, and another figure, Sir Bertram toppham hatt. Episode 12: they talked after they encountered each other and decided to head to the sheds to sleep as it was getting late, Toppham hat managed to make a bonfire, they all told there stories to each other about the fallout, toppham hatt confessed that he might know who caused this, as they had a spotty past with him, the engines try to convince him to tell them who it is, but he does not give in, so they go to sleep, Thomas wakes up first, he sees toby having an episode with his sentient firebox, as if he's trying to stay in control, Thomas knew something was about to happen, so he woke up the others, we watched as toby screamed in pain, with his bell ringing constantly, he was about to snap, I went up to toby to ask him what's wrong, he only told me to take care of Henrietta for him, Sir toppham knew was about to happen, and tried to stop the tram that took him on his holiday trip all those years ago, but it was too late, We all watched as toby Sped down the line to get rammed by the breakdown train, it was the most gruesome scene that I had ever looked at, the sound of flesh and wood was loud, there was a large gap in Toby's face, as the tram broke down, the breakdown train hit his firebox too, killing it instantly, Sir toppham hat broke down Infront of the tram that took him on his holidays so long ago, "Toby, your death will not be in vain, we will avenge you, no matter how much it takes" That's the story so far! (That Gannon's didn't talk about atleast) I'm sorry if I made any errors in the story, I have not watched sodor fallout as much anymore, I hope that this still gives u information about this AU! :D
Henry goes back to Killdane and Edward is on his own, finds Thomas, leaves Leonerd (Edward's driver's friend) with Thomas, Finds Toby, Goes back to the shed, Toby oofs himself.

I use sodorfallout to explain why Knapford replaced timdmouth, why bendam is the main port, why some characters act differently in the hit era, and over all why the diffrences over all eras.
In opinion I do not like Sodor Fallout I love the show about its history and Railway not about fanfiction and Horror Films I do not agree with fanfiction with horror stuff. I am only interested about its railway history and realism. Remember its my OPINION ok.
Actually the maker of sodor fallout did tell us what happened to Trevor, tidmouth thunderbolt, made a wattpad story of sodor fallout, which is what his sodor fallout videos are based on

Episode 11: Edward and Henry decided to leave Thomas and go to Knapford, where they encountered a very sad toby, turns out wood does not get affected by radiation, but toby decided to go to the direction of the blast to see if Henrietta was okay, due to that mistake, his firebox has became sentient, and due to Toby's firebox being annoying as hell, it makes toby depressed, they decided to bring toby with them so that he does not get hurt, while they were heading back to the sheds, they encounter Thomas, with his iconic smile, and another figure, Sir Bertram toppham hatt.
Episode 12: they talked after they encountered each other and decided to head to the sheds to sleep as it was getting late, Toppham hat managed to make a bonfire, they all told there stories to each other about the fallout, toppham hatt confessed that he might know who caused this, as they had a spotty past with him, the engines try to convince him to tell them who it is, but he does not give in, so they go to sleep, Thomas wakes up first, he sees toby having an episode with his sentient firebox, as if he's trying to stay in control, Thomas knew something was about to happen, so he woke up the others, we watched as toby screamed in pain, with his bell ringing constantly, he was about to snap, I went up to toby to ask him what's wrong, he only told me to take care of Henrietta for him, Sir toppham knew was about to happen, and tried to stop the tram that took him on his holiday trip all those years ago, but it was too late, We all watched as toby Sped down the line to get rammed by the breakdown train, it was the most gruesome scene that I had ever looked at, the sound of flesh and wood was loud, there was a large gap in Toby's face, as the tram broke down, the breakdown train hit his firebox too, killing it instantly, Sir toppham hat broke down Infront of the tram that took him on his holidays so long ago, "Toby, your death will not be in vain, we will avenge you, no matter how much it takes"
That's the story so far! (That Gannon's didn't talk about atleast) I'm sorry if I made any errors in the story, I have not watched sodor fallout as much anymore, I hope that this still gives u information about this AU! :D
Henry goes back to Killdane and Edward is on his own, finds Thomas, leaves Leonerd (Edward's driver's friend) with Thomas, Finds Toby, Goes back to the shed, Toby oofs himself.
