I have a set from years ago that was re-branded under the MasterCraft label. While they can exert a ton of force on anything, I found that the older ones have very sharp teeth that will mark anything, even steel.
They still do have sharp teeth even in current version.. But I still tend to grab them more often then traditional... But yea flat lips plier would be welcome for sure
Had one way back in the day...totally didn't work for me on anything actually tight. Maybe they've made some design improvements in the last 20 years though?
this is only 58 seconds.. weird tool, I'd like them except for when i need them at "full grip size" cause then you cant adjust to make the handles closer together for better grip

I thought these were originally from Craftsman... Then Husky brought them!!! Not any more😢
