Rapaziada, se nenhum dos tutoriais funcionou, tenta reinstalar o reprodutor do arquivo q vcs estão qrendo executar, no meu caso era vídeo mp4 e mp3, reinstalei o reprodutor e voltou a funcionar suav o computador, era só um erro de compatibilidade, espero ter ajudado.

corruptiion you need to reset pc with usb if normal reset doesnt work

I had this problem and I find out it was user corruption, try create a new user to test opening archives, if it works just copy your docs from the Old user to the new one and delete the older

@@JULIANO.2.0 yes! Its something to do with apps in Windows Store! Trust me, I cant remember right now but aparently is some apps related to imagens and vídeo that you need to update in Windows Store. I still dont know how lucky I was to find this solution randomly but it worked
