- We took longer route from jodhpur and we enjoyed so much of local Rajasthani food on the way to Jaisalmer. It was a superb road trip form Jodhpur to Jaisalmer.
It was such a pleasant experience that we got opportunity to visit farm on our way and also enjoyed delicious kachori at Barmer.
This region of Barmer, Jaisalmer and some part of Bikaner comes under Malani region. We also got opportunity to explore Rajasthani Malani Thali at Barmer. This is part of Marwar region.

It was nice experience to stay in Dessert. Though cost of stay is high, There are 2 choices, either you can stay in dessert and feel it closely or you may want to stay in Jailmer and come to sam area which is about 1 hour distance in the evening. Do safari there on jeep or camel ride, enjoy cultural activity, have dinner and go back to Jaisalmer in the night.

मै दिसम्बर 18 मे सोलो बाईक राइड पूरा राजस्थान 3000 km करके आया हू मै अपने यहा कभी अपने यहा कभी कचोरी नहीं कहता लेकिन राजस्थान में एक दिन मैंने मजबूरी में खाई तो फिर लगातार 7 दिन तक में कभी दही कचोरी कभी कड़ी कचोरी खा तारा और 7/8 दिन तक प्याज की कचोरी पता नहीं किस-किस की कचोरी मुझे उन्होंने खिलाए एक दिन भी मेरा पेट खराब नहीं हुआ मैं उसी दिन से राजस्थान की कचोरी का मुरीद हो गया हूं धन्यवाद आप सब को भी राजस्थान की कचोरी भरी हुई कचोरी कचोरी को वह सजा कर प्लेट में 8 टुकड़े कर देते हैं चाकू से फिर खिलाते हैं बहुत स्वादिष्ट होती है पूरे राजस्थान की कचोरी बहुत स्वादिष्ट होती हैं

Very very impressed with the Jodhpur, Jaisalmer and Bikaner episodes. Seriously thinking of flying there next time I am in India. Any country to encourage tourism will paint a beautiful picture of its places, but video's like yours give a real reflection and makes one choose in the best possible ways. Very transparent.
No doubt Harish is enjoying his life at fullest along with us for visual feast of variety of food. Well Rajasthan by road is a fantastic option in winter (In may/June) you will be baked in 48 degrees. Essence of this video is couple of traditional items You have inculcated like Raw Water Melon subjee, Moonfali ke Subjee, Kachori and Pure granulated Mawa. Thali at GoodHall was tempting and feeling jealous of you. Keep aside the visuals of variety of dishes, the preparation itself looks mouth watering. Here in Mumbai, we love to eat Millet (Bajre ke roti with desi ghee) at home. But very few restaurants serve Millet anf Jowar roti in Mumbai. We (most of Sindhi's are aware of this dish) also make "Chayari Mani" made of spring onion and millet flour. i.e. bajre ka thick paratha infused with spring onion loaded with ghee and relish with boondi raita or Sindhi Kadi. Well enjoyed your delectable taste and video Keep it on and ON.

I was a bit overwhelmed with those farmers and chefs referring to the channel creator as a sir again and again, literally, for visiting their farm and eating their food. The host could have also called them a sir once just out of mutual respect based on the efforts these villagers put in their daily routine and still stay humble to the guest. Great video otherwise!

In Kalyanpur hotel, Aashish's dance with camera while showing Moon ki fali was awesome. I have seen his dedication while shooting kerala episode. People usually dont appreciate the work of cameraman which is crucial in a food channel. He shoots every dish beautifully so that viewer gets a craving for it.

yes i am sure travel by road will be great during North India travel... Mosquito yes that was issue.... i mean disturbed sleep....you will see in next episode me saying that yesterday i could not sleep properly so went to my hotel to sleep.. oh this next episode is out today
I love this. Not many people can experience this. Village people are are so loving and inviting, specially the senior guy. You can see people who are traditional farmers are tall and fit, younger generation - not so coz machines came in.

आप पांच साल पहले आए थे और अब 2024 चल रहा है इन सालो में रास्ते काफी बदल ग ए है काफी विकास हुआ है।और बार्डर के समानांतर भारतमाला हाईवे भी बन गया है जो गुजरात से बाड़मेर जैसलमेर होते हुए जाता है।
अगर आपके पास बाईक है तो राईडिंग का असली मजा तो उसी भारतमाला पर ही आएगा वही आपको असली डेजर्ट मिलेगा।
अगर आप बाड़मेर शहर से 80 km आगे बार्डर कि और आते हैं तो आपको यह सड़क मिल जाएगी और आप वहां से जैसलमेर जा सकते हैं, आने का सबसे अच्छा समय वर्षा ऋतु और ठंड है।
लेकिन अपने खाने का सामान साथ रखिएगा

I was in jaisalmer for two years. That time is was very small and the Indira Gandhi canal was under construction. No one was allowed to go to Tanaut except defence personnel. I went there and only a small temple was there with a BSF Batalian.
Now there is, a great change in that region.
