It's good that you have visited Bikaner...but the discription that you gave about many food items were not correct...such as methi mirchi ki sabji actually it is dana methi amchur ki sabji and that chunks that you saw in sabzi was dry amchur i.e dry raw mango... that rasgulla that you ate is not eaten like bangali rasgulla with syrup...it is first squeezed a little than eaten...i m sorry but may be due to misguidence you have given lot of wrong discription of food...

Not just in Rajasthan in some places in gujarat specially kathiyavaad side 'papad sabji' is popular ..they call it 'papad nu shaak". Infact there is stuffed papad sabji,papad- gathiya mix sabji and lot more varities of papad sabjis!
