Boy there’s just nothing like brand new is there? Congratulations on the purchase! I’d love to see that round baler in action. I think you have spent and acquired just about everything you’ll need, now time for it to start paying you back!
Yep, no more brining hay equipment home.. cows on the other hand.. Ha ha! Next year will be a big hay year for me. I'll be stepping it up a notch. This year was a bit rough with all the renovations, and bad weather. Got the feed we need though!
I'm very glad I sprung for the hydraulic option. My older tedder is manual, and its a bit of a pain, but honestly not that bad. Its the tilt that will be VERY nice in my bumpy fields! I have some high spots that I use to turn the PTO off and drag the tines over.. I always felt bad for whatever poor implement I was dragging behind be. Ha ha
Awesome Orange!! Congratulations my friend 🙂 I am not sure if you have ever tried, but forks on the tractor will move wrapped bales pretty well too. If you set the width just right they will cradle the bale.
Thanks Chris! I don't have a set of forks. Im sure they would work well. I've thought about getting a set many many times. I do think a set of bale grabbers is in order though. Maybe I'll make a set?
First off, like the color. Second congratulations. Tedder was the only new piece purchased on our farm also. Used tedders are on the market for a reason usually.
Hi Denny, congratulations with your new tedder, glad to see you have been blessed and worked hard to own it, all the best for the next hay season and it will be great to see it in action
That is the same reason that I traded my old tedder for the new one I have. I had them get me the right connectors to separate the fold from the tilt. I'm glad I did with the rough field. I know when I pull that remote to tip it up that I don't have to worry about it folding up. You will definitely enjoy it.
👍👍 on the equipment, I have nothing to say but, look at that barn!! Actually the whole place !! Sweat equity, right!! Good job all the way a round Chris!! 😎😉
Thanks for noticing! Ha ha. Yes, it has come a long way since we g ppl t the b place. Every day we are gaining ground. I'll have to do a update video here soon. Lots t I talk about! Take her easy my frinde!
Yes, they are all around the same here, +/- $1000. This was the best bang for the buck. I got four other quotes, and couldn't pass this one up. God luck on your search for a tedder! They're expensive, but having a reliable one is priceless when you have hay to dry!
Hey brother really like what you’re doing good job! I just got a square bailer this year 1975 International and after I got it put back together it surprisingly made some decent bales n ow I’m gonna build a accumulator like yours so any info or ideas would be greatly appreciated I’ve watched a couple of you’re videos but didn’t find the one from start to finish maybe I missed it. We’re here in northeast Oklahoma I’ve been doing big round hay for 6 years but the market for quality square bales is really good. I’m 55 years old so bucking square bales ain’t gonna happen. My last video was about hay equipment check it out when you get a chance, keep up the good work bro!
Amen brother! I have had too many tedder breakdowns. This was the last straw. Before I got my New Holland H6740, I had mower and tedder problems every year. Problem solved!
@@DennysCountryLife We have decided to stay for a couple more years till my wife retires and our son graduates. Not making the drive to the airport everyday is the best part as I really liked my job and the people I worked with, which is hard to find anywhere.
So far it has worked flawlessly. It's been in some rough ground and took it well. Goes down the road smooth, and nothing has broke! I highly recommend this tedder.
Well shucks I was going to ask if I could borrow your brand new Tedder lol non manual is awesome to be able to pull into a field and pull a lever and go to work makes it worth every extra penny AWESOME Tedder 👍🍻
Hi Denny - that' looks like a nice piece of equipment! We found your channel from a comment you left on another page. We'd really appreciate if you'd give our channel a look if you're not already following us and have a minute. Thanks in advance!

Chris, that's a nice looking tedder! Wish we'd gotten a hydraulic folding tedder years ago when we got the manual fold. What a PITA!

Liking to see all this equipment you're getting over this past year. Really getting serious lol!
Thanks bud! I've got what I need now. Having nicer equipment does make a world of difference in how much one guy can get done in a day!
Thats cool, I didnt know Kubota made Tedders.👍Good to see all the equipment upgrades you have done.

I figured you'd approve! Ha ha. Thanks for watching my friend!

Thank you Jan! Next year will be a big I ne for me, so this will be a great tool to make life easier. Have a great day buddy!

That was a good call with the separate lines! I might end up doing that down the road, cause J have some pretty rough fields. Ha ha
Nice Tedder. Man I was wanting to come run it. Lol. You can build a bale squeeze. You have a nice hay setup. Have a good weekend buddy.
Jacky, I think I might trust you to run it... you just need to get yourself here, we'll get it done!
Denny's Country Life one day buddy. I really like to shake your hand.
Nice upgrade to the hay equipment line.👍👍 Kinda fancy too by not having to get off the tractor. 😁😆 Stay safe.
Thanks you Ron! After getting in/out of the tractor 1500 times during hay season, this is a welcomed quality in a hay tool! Ha ha

Looks good! Gotta spend money to make money and it’s nice to have at least one piece of equipment that works as advertised and no flat tires!
Ha ha, no guarantees on the flat tire thing! It will be nice to have a reliable tedder though!
*Congrats Chris its always exciting getting a new piece of equipment. Def hard to get started* #WorldsOkayestFarmer
Omg I just bought the exact same one!!! Hesston 3 point gave out a bearing and left me hanging!! Only used it once though
I hope its a solid tedder for ya!
Love it! I’m in the market for a new tedder but here in the uk those kubota are up at the same price as a krone/Kuhn/vicon

that is nice. it seems like when i loan some thing out it never comes back like it should. the one exception is my brother.
Man that's a nice new tedder.
i live by that rule, don't lend the equipment you make your living with.
Amen!
Having good, dependable hay equipment is a relief! Nothing worse than having a crop down and broken equipment!
Amen brother! I have had too many tedder breakdowns. This was the last straw. Before I got my New Holland H6740, I had mower and tedder problems every year. Problem solved!
We have the same one, can do 3 rows at once we love it !
Nice! Thats what I was doing tigh my old one. Sure beats the heck out of my old HayBob!
That is awesome sir, it will be a great time saver.
A time save it will be! Having the piece of mind alone is worth the payment. Ha ha. Hows everything going for you and the family bud?
@@DennysCountryLife We are all good. I retired from the Airlines after 31 years, getting more done on the farm. Hope your family is doing well. Rick
@@marchindy Congratulations! Thats outstanding. Are you guys still planning on staying where you're at? I know you had mentioned selling the farm.

Nice piece of equipment. Hope you get a lot of enjoyment out of it without trouble and aggravation.
It will certainly be a pleasure!
Like the new tedder Denny .
Thank you Leo! I hope all is well for ya
Im looking at one of those tedders also, how is it holding up so far? Any regrets?
So far so good. Probably have about 80 acres on it now. It's been a real pleasure to use. Zero regrets!
After a year of use are you still happy with it. Any problems?
