Got it since 1 week and I sportly crused 200km. I finally named mine "Missile". I tested the Inmotion V10 before deciding to buy this model that I also tested multiple times. In my opinion, this gotway is better with its integrated trolley, and it is also more powerful on breaking than the inmotion V10. Breaking was a very important point to me in order to ride "safely" in Paris city on a daily basis.
I totally agree that the location of the batteries makes the wheel easy to guide and very stable! I feel very confident doing slaloms in high speeds.
One thing was very uncomfortable, it was the pads on both side. I finally removed it making my wheel slimer and it appears now much more comfortable with no pads at all. Now, as I let everybody behind me on the road going to work, I am looking for a helmet. Not sure if a bicycle bike's helmet is good enougth or if a scooter jet style helmet could be more appropriate. Let's decide quickly before crashing my head...

WOW. Nice speed. I am also able to comfortably ride at 29-30 miles per hour. I often hit 31 as well but not for a sustained period. Great work

hi and i have been riding for over a year now and enjoy your vids..are currently riding an airwheel x8....but are not convinced gotway is my answer..maybe a kingsong 16s or 18s
i did have a gotway m super but it was hideous and like riding a fruitbox..anyway..i live in wellington new zealand and have only spotted 2 comrades thus far as no one wants to step up and change there lives...as is obvious from the informed as youself..keep up the good work and take care as running off a 30mph crash would be an issue cheers terry

It does 25 miles & 27mph TESTED by speedyfeet. Can you turn off the light display whist pushing with the trolley handle? (Stealth) Also is the kingsong quieter when pushing with trolley handle?
Good video. Thanks for sharing. "The Gotway Tesla is, as of right now, the tallest unicycle you will find" I presume the Kingsong 18S or Gotway Monster aren't EUC's then? ;) My Gotway Monster will dwarf the Tesla & I think the 18S is slightly bigger than the Monster.
Thanks for the review. Because of it, I got one $1,174. It’s being shipped from China now. I didn’t realize I was getting it from there until my card got dinged $35 for foreign charge.
I have a question. I’m relatively new at this. I had a solowheel for a few weeks a long time ago, but I’ll be starting back at zero. Any thoughts on how to protect it during my rough & scuff learning curve?
I am jealous Tishawn, you have all of the wheels and I have none. It will make things easier to maneuver around the city if I had one. 😢 But I am proud of you brother because I am motivated to save up and get one.

Looking forward to see a review about ninebot one z , I can't wait for it to be available ! ...this Tesla looks dope , but don't u think the new ninebot with that thick wheel it's a totally different story when u have to deal with pot holes !?
the Ninebot Z looks to be a fantastic wheel especially with that thick tire. I hope to get my hands on one soon. Most of the gotways handle pot holes with no problems - but you do feel it.. I think with the Z you wont feel anything at all! Although i wonder if Ninebot will allow us to control the tiltback like the gotways...

Great review mate. I use a acm 84 volt and that is one heavy wheel....
trust me I know!!! these things are no joke.. I have no elevator and I live on the top floor.. I carry these things everyday!!
I feel for you ^^ I live at ground level so It´s not that much of a hazzle. But even using the third party trolley feels weird when it´s so heavy. But I will cope until the wheel breaks until I buy another one. It´s very fast and have ridiculous range and that is enough for now =)
Can you actually safely ride at ~30 mph? I've got the Ninebot One E+, but I find it a tad bit too slow on straights. Any recommendations?

On the other hand KS has a reputation for higher quality standards and reliability. I'd like to use the wheel to go to work, would you please help me make up my mind? Thanks man, have a good one

it depends on the brand and model.. this one in particularly is about 4 hours.. but trust me it will be awhile before it needs to charge again. about 50 miles on a charge!

thank you for your tesla reviews. Can you tell something about how comfortable the tesla is on pavements or any irregularities of the road surface in comparison with msuper3 for instance.
the Tesla is very comfortable - you do have to get use to the tiny piece of cushion they put on teach side. You will see for a 16 inch wheel you'd think it has shock absorption. It handles all types of terrain like a dream.

Alright! The more I ride my V8, the slower it feels. Been hitting tiltback around 32-33 kph, yet the electric scooter guys are passing me like I was standing still. Once I get my Tesla in October, I'm hoping to at least hang with those guys. Thanks for giving us all these interesting bits of information while we eagerly wait it out to get our hands on our very own Tesla! xD
what type of electric scooter they've got?
No idea. Just a bunch of them will pass me from time to time. Hate it that some of them keep blasting their air-horns as they come up on me. As long as they don't ride Dualtron Ultra or 2, there's still a chance for similar riding speeds.

Im thinking of a mich cheaper and lower power one. SWAGSOMETHING. IM 70 SO FAST isnt the target. Short trips on flat sidewalks is my target. I think i can ride it.
How much of a motor buzz is there in comparison to the Inmotion V8 please? Still no button to disable the motor when lifting, I see!

Just upgraded from a X8 to the Tesla 1020, seems like i cant get past 15mph tho. do you need to lean hard to reach the higher speeds or do you just have to ride a certain distance before the higher speed is unlocked?

Would you recommend this as a first wheel? I've never ridden an electric unicycle but I ride an electric skateboard and I'm an expert downhill skier. Not sure if it translates though.
Not a good choice for beginners, try a luffy or Mten.
The Tesla is an advanced wheel and one of the fastest. The Ninebot (E+) series would be a great start.

Wait. 3 beeps? I thought Gotway wheels are safe to be ridden up to 5 beeps (but not beyond). No?
Well, Gotway America has answered that the 5-beeps is still there.
yeah I can push until 5 beeps but for the viewers who want to just go fast especially the beginners... i think it's safe for 3 beeps until they get the feel.

Good to know :) Hope the 5 beeps also exist in France to. At this stage, I did not tried to ride with more than 3 bips, just in case.
Tishawn Fahie ? Did the GotWay Tesla wobble on you when you was riding above 25 mph. if so how you fix the problem ?
Too much air on tire creates a wobble, also placing your feet incorrectly can make the wheel wobble. Try different riding styles and feet placement . I ride my MCM4 with staggered feet placement .Again whatever works for you the rider. Good luck
@@joseabreu76 ? The gotway electric unicycle needs a mountain bike shock absorber to handle bumps at high speed and allow us to ride off curves. If the street is not smooth the wheel will wobble at 25 mph or even less. all gotway needs to do is design their electric unicycles in a way which allows customers to upgrade.

Hello! I'm sure you know my brother Joseph. I was wanting to ask you a question about my Tesla. How do I change it's top speed? They say it can go 35mph but I'm always getting up to 20 with 1 beep (because I turned off the 1st n 2nd) is there limitations until I ride it enough?
That is the alarm sound with a power of 70%. In fact, it can have a higher speed, but it is not recommended. If you ignore the alarm sound, you will eventually lose control.

@@Yxxx6 Need to understand the principle of an electric unicycle, it is balanced by speed, when it reaches the limit, it will lose balance.
Power = Torque * Speed, the higher the speed, the lower the torque, and the obstacle of a small stone on the ground may require more torque to pass, so don't push the power of the wheelbarrow to the limit.

Not yet the best because the headlight is not bright enough.
Its already brighter than most other wheels. Its a narrowly-focussed light which is great for illuminating what's ahead at speeds.

I wish I knew about this thing before buying my ACM+ a moth ago. Although I doubt I'll ever need to go above 30 mph (which I have reached). I prefer more bigger cusions for a more comfortable ride anyways.

well done and have the mc4 and have a msuper early one ..amongst a few other airwheels wtc....im 93 kg ha ha and my mc4 will do 32 km top speed and thats ok...the tesla 31 mph...scarey...i like the exceleration of the mc4 and its a bdamm heavy wheel but i think the egg shape is good and is tha tesla that much better than the mc4..i guess so cheers
