I love your humor in your tutorials and tips videos. From finding craftable mounts to how you can easily get amber reagents, your humor is perfect and I absolutely love your image of your character sitting on the throne in the commons. Gotta love it while listening to an expert explain to both new and returning players how to better play the game XD

I've playing this game since I was little, so about a little over a decade now, and to see someone who has in-depth experience explain to someone like me, who is genuinely interested in seeing the game through to the end, even if it does cost a lot of money, is great to see because I get to obtain knowledge from someone who is more knowledgeable on one of my favorite games and that allows me to be a better player. And even though I'm very far behind on the game, always have been, it's still never too late to start being better at the game XD

@@Zaepha I look forward to the story that awaits me after Khrysalis. I've recently been trying to get my friends to play it, but so far they've been discouraged by the time it takes to play, as well as the issue of the paywalls. :( However, it's still one of my favorite games still to date.
I just wanted to mention that the ice amulet gives 10 resist from this pack and the life and balance ones give 9. The highest resist on any amulets before this pack was 8. Also like you showed off in your video, the resist on the robes in this pack are also really high. The ice robe is the highest resist damage robe in the game currently. I can see how its a bit pay to win. I got lucky and got all of those pieces from my one pack opening session, but with how much gear is in this pack, I don't think that will be the case for most people. I wish they made new holiday packs still be 299 each like the old packs so that at least you could have more chances for what you want with your crowns.
Wanted to say that the split school stuff works for me with PvE, but I'm in a very unique situation to make it work. I (Ice) play with my wife (Life), my sister (Balance), and a friend of ours (Storm), so we have a dedicated group of four. To round out group viability for different situations, I've always had a mastery amulet for Death, and my wife has had a Fire one. This gives our group a wide range of situational adjustment for different, harder fights. Because of that, I LOVE Ice/Death gear, and my wife is always happy to get some Life/Fire stuff when offered. As I said, though, we're a unique situation, and while dual-school gear is nice, the opportunity to get what we actually need without paying tons of crowns is... rare... Maybe their idea is there will be more dedicated groups like ours in the future with the new guild features, but even then, the chance of getting a set of which school combos you need when you may first get two other full sets of gear you DON'T need makes it really hard to want to take the gamble. /shrug

That IS a good example where the double school gear would be helpful, maybe they’ll implement more fights like that in the future so it’s more relevant in PVE.
I opened 10k crowns worth of this pack yesterday and didn't get a single piece of gear from the Grim Ferryman pack except the pets and 1 day mounts. Blaze Lifehammer in his pack opening also didn't get any of the Grim Ferryman gear besides the pets and 1 day mounts. Did you open the pack today? I'm thinking maybe they had a bug with the pack on release day. I also haven't seen anyone get the decks from the Cerberus Master Pack yet which also are supposed to exist.
i feel like they should add some member benefits....we have had pretty much the same since 2011...One of the member benefits that would be awesome potentially would be Member Guranteed pack item with a roll of 5-7 items from the pack that you can choose from. (after a set amount of packs obviously)
I haven't used the extra off school damage on gear pieces, but I have used a storm hitting set on my balance for loremagus with 171 storm damage and 100 acc and pips.
Probably the keepers lore pack for its jade gear - high resist gear with outgoing heals as well. Many life wizards use it to tank hits while also healing their teammates. You can get it from the pack or farm it for free from the high loremagus skeleton key boss in Dragonspyre :)
I do not like packs that carry over other items from other packs. This is one of the worst packs i have seen in a while. Way to much random junk and way to many one day junk mounts. You would spend nearly 100 dollars (usd) or more to get all the gear for every school. NO thanks greedy KI.

I made my life have 157 fire damage for Loremagus where you can't use your own school. Worked out pretty well.

I can confirm the grim ferryman gear is still in the pack as I received the flaming skull and robe, it is also stated on the website.
Wow, the drop rate must be crazy low. I feel like it was a bad idea to combine the packs together - makes it so much harder to get the gear you want.

Yeah, I really think they need to minimum create two separate packs - one with the Cerberus gear and one with the ferryman gear. It’s not great.
