I have had a small scar on my lower rear calf from falling off a moped 40 years, and also a scar on my scalp from 50 years ago from falling of a shed roof (not a deep, large or major cuts at the time, only the second needed stitches) and they are both still there. Personally, I don't believe scars disappear 'naturally' (unless you live to 150 years old!) to give the skin cell growth enough time to then erase the scar.
Scars fade as much as they can. There is no such a thing as vanishing for sure but the scar treatments we use helps.

Depends on how big it is, my scar on right leg shrunk alot and its hard to see, but it was just cm wide and about 7cm long
I scratched myself with a pencil and it scarred I don't even know how the skin is white but not raised its healed but the skin is white and I'm Asian so it stands out because its white and it is not raised it been like 1 month and one of the 4 scratches has healed a little bit... How long till it fully fades?
My razor scars that looked like yours disappeared completely in approximately 2 years, but that was a razor, not a pencil. I’m sure yours will disappear quicker and the best part is that they’ll disappear completely :-)
