I really hope you document a hell of a lot of this. Hour long videos every week. Doesn’t matter to me. As much content as possible. I’m down for every single step along the way. Send it!!!
Amen! Especially in this day & age. A lot of Jeep related UA-camrs & UA-camts in general don't upload content like they used to & I can't say I blame them. This platform gets crappier by the day... nonsensical algorithm, getting demonetized for anything & everything, constantly changing community guidelines. Folks getting strikes for 10 year old content for violating guidelines that weren't even a thing until a week ago.
OMG. She's gotten so big! You're long time followers have been graced to watch your girls blossom from babies to beautiful Lil Ladies on cam. God Bless Ben & Cass.
Love litte Munchkin's commentary reminds me of my daughter when she was young like that. Brings tears to my eyes man love it absolutely love. looking forward to this build going to follow the whole way.
My Dad said it took my grandfather (big car guy who owned a ford dealership) 4 sons to get a granddaughter who would work on cars. I love working on my Jeep, and my husband loves the free oil changes :). Fellas don’t be afraid to see if the daughter likes to turn wrenches - you might be surprised!
Your daughter giving the play by play is so cute. New subscriber here. Episode 3 popped up in my Google News feed so I found episode 1 to start from the beginning. Looking forward to seeing this Jeep transform from daily driver to race competitor.
Man I loved wrenching with my daughters! Now my youngest is 17, will be starting here senior year and I cant cram enough into this last year! Love the channel, can't wait to follow the build.
You guys are forging new ground. You have become the dynamic duo of top-notch specialty after-market engineering, and cost recovery while broadening your audience at the same time. Congratulations. Oh, by the way, your children are growing up before my eyes and are participating with you (very cool). I also have two girls, my eldest wheeled today on the Texas Bridgeport OHV trails. My wife, daughter, and I had great fun while testing our metal out on the rocks and mud. I am a big fan, but admittedly just a weekend warrior. Cheers!
This was not boring. It was very exciting and I was sad when it was over......wanting more Also your little helper is adorable and a future jeep mechanic
@@Mickale-Moranis I know he has talked about it with Walter. If you are trying to save money, 4500 isn’t the class to choose, so I think Ben knows what he is stepping into 😈.
So awesome to see you bite off such a big adventure.. don’t forget to video and share everything with us your UA-cam junkies!!! Now I finally have a date for when I get around to going to KOH. 2024 baby!!! Go team JK Gear & Gadgets !!!
Excited to hear the news. I have been going to hammers for years and the last two years part of the 4562 team. We have had some issues the last two years running a nag1 with a ls3 in a JKU so I am happy to see your transmission selection for your build. See you on the lake bed.
Today I learned how simple it is to remove that cage. Even after rolling/ totaling my old JK. Looks like a GenRight cage is more in my future than i thought.
The major issue was the B-pillar placement, but we had planned on leaning the seat back further and we later learned that what we had planned wasn’t ideal for the driver and passenger spine 😅😅
Wow this is gonna be a sick build once it's done,I was not expecting this to be a full on Koh build,I saw the parts put didn't read through the lines lol 🧐
IMO Probably your best video to date because ... I'm on my 5th Jeep. My 4th one is a 2013JK2DCG that has about as much in it as I paid for it. But it's too nice to beat to death. It's like a mint Mall Crawler but capable of anything, I just don't want to tear it up cause it's pretty much my DD. My 5th one is a 2008JK2DSB I just picked up with 45,000 original miles also in mint condition for my son and it already has 5K worth of mods on it in the garage right now working on it and still adding but my master goal is to do something like this. I'm old, retired, nothing to do. So I want to build yet a 6th Jeep that I can take on a however many month long trip that I can do all the trails in Colorado, Utah (especially Moab and after watching all Trailmater Ima gonna need a few things) That I can trailer and pull with my RAM2500 on like a 6 month trip with my son. Or longer. Then I can die happy. So I will be watching every episode.
I love seeing my favorite youtubers using Hercules tools. Cheap and better than Milwaukee and DeWalt. I think it's awesome Harbor Freight is coming out with S tier tools and people are realizing it.
@JKGearandGadgets I've been told by multiple dealerships that it has been discontinued. Local off road shops have been no help with their " connections" ither. So i reached out to Diesel from stacked off road for an alternative and he suggested possibly going the hydroboost route. Hopefully with your influence you will have more luck than I lol. Loving the vids man keep doing what you. As a fellow veteran thank you!!!
cant wait for the rest of the series i have a 98 wrangler im building up thinking of a 4.0 swapp but not sure on what i need and if its worth it or not i have to much money in the jeep to go buy another jeep and start over great start to a new build
This actually makes me a little sad lol. I was excited to see you do stuff to this jeep that were more daily friendly since it is almost identical to mine
I knew there had to be much bigger plans to this Jeep. I’ve been wondering all along the way so far why you’ve wasted money buying stuff for it and upgrading it when there was always going to be much bigger plans for it.
Good luck finding a j8 kit. They sell out in less than an hour when anyone has them. I'd go hydro boost. I don't think that's a 4500 class restriction(?)
Already have one there in the video. Hydro boost is on my mind, however the steering system is already going to be under a very large load with the high volume pump and steering quickener. We will see!

Wow she looks like her momma! Thats awesome! Lookin forward to the build and specs, and hopefully survive KOH!!🤘🤘
Great job with your daughter! That's awesome! Looking forward to seeing it completed

Mad props for getting your little girl involved and interested! I’ve got an 18mo old that I can’t wait to do projects with!
It took her a while to get interested, don’t push it too hard! That’s my only advice
Awesome!!! Looking forward to following your journey to the lakebed!
This is an awesome adventure guys!!! I’m totally stoked on this build. I would love to go out there and cheer you on!!!! Have fun with the build!!
What a curveball on this build. Didn't see it coming. Heck yeah. I am here for it. Good luck guys. Break a leg and all that. Cheers!
I am very excited for this!
Looking forward to watching the progress on this project 🤙
Awesome to see! My tj is currently torn apart getting the same 4500 spec build done to it! See you at hammers!🤘🏼
I’m so excited for this build and to pre-run together later this year. I just know you are gonna build something amazing 😊🙌🏻
Yours blue, Ben's Red...whose going to be the White 2 dr JK 4500 class competitor?
Hopefully Ben has seen your 'cost' accumulation vid on your racer.

Huge undertaking but it’s going to be awesome👍🏻. Can’t wait to see this beast come together
I’ve been looking forward to you guys building something like this for a while. Can’t wait to watch it unfold!
F#$% YEAH Ben!!! Looking forward to following this series. Going to be a huge undertaking and alot of work. Best of luck!!
This is awesome! Excited for this build.
I hope every bit of this recorded, definitely didn’t expect it but I’m here for it
I’m planning on filming almost all of it.
its gonna come out so good
Thank you for posting this looking to see al the steps.

Hopefully you mount the seats first before you build the cage, unlike holly did and had to move the firewall
Seats are being built and will be here in about 2 weeks 🤙🏻. Seats and fuel cell then cage!

I got a good laugh knowing I’d called it. I can’t wait for the content!
I can always get behind a TRUE go fast purpose built jeep, arguably not enough of them imo…
Heck ya! Excited for this build!

Keep an eye on northridge4x4
Love these videos. Let me know if I can buy your bilsteins. I’m in Oklahoma
Awesome!!
Hello, are you selling the bestop core doors from your jku for all four doors?
Not at the moment
Is the engine sold? If not what are you asking for it?
It’s sold
Long time no see
Is anything from this jeep left for sale?
Dash pieces, wiring harnesses, computers, gas tanks, lines, etc. all the big stuff is sold
Your blue shirt matches your lift 😂
I wish i wouldve known that top was for sale i wouldve bought it
Hay I'm wondering if you use a heat gun 🔫 if that sound dealing would Pell off better for you.
Hey Ben, when is the next video?
Tomorrow morning!
If the Gas tank is as big as the JKU you can sell it for $600 at least
I’ll take those flares off your hands 🙃
Finally a decent video, maybe we can get more than one per month.
I’m accepting babysitter applications if you are interested in helping out!
@@JKGearandGadgets You know we just miss seeing you guys.
