We need a disciplined, educated and dedicated population not some government job aspirants. Majority of our India's population is so delve into the government job preparation. No one want to learn new skills.
Why people are obsessed with Govt. job here in India..Because it gives power to some communities and job security to other communities..Private companies are run by few powerful communities, rest are just workers and labourers..Jobs here are communities based aspiration..Skills training is not an issue its Govt management problem.

It might be tangible or non-tangible. But it should bring some money into our country's economy after selling it into our country or into other countries. Now tell me what kind of product government employees produce? Yes they're important to manage our country but first we should focus on those sectors which can bring a handsome amount of tax to the Government's account. Even government employees get their salaries from the taxed amount which is being generated from producing real products and selling it and also by selling IT services.
