into melees first strike with ability haste and last stand or cut down , into squishy matchups or for poke aery scorc with the same , into tanks conq with nimbus trancendesce or trancendence gathering , into kassadin exclusive electro with nimbus trancendece , in smaller runes cdr ap scaling hp. To item build cdr boots rabadon stormsurge cryptbloom. in what order it's up on you . For matchups just find google worksheet on his stream and read it , nothing changed there except runes and itemisation. Hope it helps to you !

play both and youll know, but aery is for hard poke that you cant follow up kind off and conqueror for extended fight

Well from my experience
Phase rush against champions you can't fight for long
Conqueror Vs champions like ornn garen fiora who vladimir can stall them and stack conqueror
Aery vs champions who you don't much with, like zed or orianna

it's kind tricky , most simple explanation gonna be : conq for tanks and extented trades , fhase rush for scaling and kite potential or catch also works well against slow, aery scorch for poke , first strike for faster items on the chams that allow you to proc it
