Phase rush for scaling/vs ranged that you can’t kill, aery for melee/early game kill pressure, and conq vs tankier team comps where you’ll need lots of skill rotations to kill

why is cryptbloom is better than void staff? is the healing thing really that much better over the extra ap and magic pen?
Cryptbloom for utility and support, Void staff for tankier targets
void staff isn't as broken as it used to be so i rarely find that the +10% pen is better than the ability haste and healing. back when void staff was 2700g it was an insta buy every game even vs non mr stacking teams

You dont. You try and get as many items as possible and teamfight vs him and hit his nexus
Only way to do it top is to freeze the wave on him. Just don't hit waves until they are in front of your tower and harass him when he tries to walk up to push his wave under. There is a clip of LS coaching Sanchovies on Vlad from like 4 or 5 years ago that shows u how to do it.
You close the game and pray he won't stalk you to another one.
keep phase rush for his slow so you can run and then perma auto and q him when he tries to stack
